Cant update lalala!

I want to play online just like I used to do.
But when is start fifa 09 it says : you need a update to play online.. blabla blabla do you want to update now?
I click YES and nothing happens, waiting doesnt help
I got Ea download manager open,i got internet connection and cd is also in(dont know if that got to do something with it)

So any suggestions??

I install the game...the game "told" me to write the registration code...what`s the registration code? please tell me what i supposed to be... sorry...my english is not very good..

when the messege come from eadm update yes/no dont do any thing wait for 5 mins ur process is getting download afterwards press yes
