Which Fifa game do you like the most ?

I am really glad i have not bought this game yet !
After reading this forum i don't think i will either.

This game seems to be full of bugs, and it seems that it's not fun at all to play it ?
People get disconnected, people having trouble installing it, all kinds of problems and still you are satisfied with the work that Ea do ?
I tried to tell you all earlier, but nobody listened to me so you have to blame it on yourself.
If you like buggy games, then go ahead and enjoy it, but i know i won't !

I aint all that satisfied to be honest I paid £24.99 and I feel robbed because the online experience is abysmal.
The offline mode is good however I paid the money to play the game online not play a game just offline.

However I received PES 2009 yesterday having paid only £17.99 and am extremely happy with it. Online very smooth no lag and you can play 2vs2 online so me and someone else in the planet vs 2 other people from this earth Amazing! Only console versions of FIFA 09 seem to have 2vs2 but PC doesn't which is a shame.
PES all the way this year for me!

I'm not really. I'm glad they put together the BAP Seasons, but it's even easier than the regular game.

My problem is that I bought FIFA 09 PC for my laptop, as I travel a lot. But I bought an XBox 360 and a big ol' HD LCD TV for when I'm home and got FIFA 09 for that too.

That's ruined the Current Gen for me forever, unfortunately...

I'm traveling to Florida tomorrow for a few days. I'll be playing Football Manager :-/

LoL what a catestrophic mistake that is! If you already have an Xbox 360 and you play FIFA 09 online on it, it will feel so terrible to play a current generation fifa game. Thanks God that I havent tasted the next generation experience yet or else I would feel very bad having to play current generation as this drastic contrast is too big from a superb game to a satisfactory-ok game.

In my opinion get PES 2009 and play it on your laptop, its so much better because PES rules on the PC on Xbox 360/PS3 FIFA wins, if I had a console like you I wouldn't have bought FIFA 09 on PC nor would I have bought PES 2009. But since I only have a PC, PES 2009 is the best on the PC I take that for it instead as its very pleasurable and is equal to the PS3/Xbox 360 versions. EA made injustice superior for Consoles and abysmal for the PC!

I am not satisfied at all.The fifa 09 packet is gathering dust on it its it was no way near as i expected.I thought it would be an improved graphical experience if not the gameplay but the graphics is only polished when u see in closeup in manual replay mode. they gameplay graphics is lalalala.Gameplay is utterly boring compared to other next gen products like fifa 09 console or Pes 09 PC. The game has so much issues and i never seen a game with so many bugs in my entire life.I would be a good one as an alpha or beta version of a game but a full game can never be like this bad in all department. the only positive thing is when zoom in the players in replay they look really nice with very realistic hair and skin sahder.But soon u will find the lack of excitement and monotony will surround u when u cant play other people online or cant play with your buddies with multiplayer as the controller issue isn't fixed.
IF you have a PC and u want to play an exiting football game on it , buy PES 09 cause the gameplay and the ball physics is out of this world with Solid true next gen graphics.u can even check the comparison here Comparative Screenshots between Fifa 09 and Pes 2009 PC version ! ! !

I've played next generation FIFA on Xbox360 and i can't play anymore FIFA on PC (as long it will be current gen).

its understandable when people are choosing fifa 99, its a big jump of game play when fifa 99 came out, i was so surprised to see how great that game was when i was just 17 years old. i rather choose fifa 07, cos its another big jump from the previous versions of fifa series. however, i guess mostly people that never played fifa for long will definitely choose the latest fifa 09, but for me, its only a copycat of fifa 07 and 08, with better graphics.

EA should really listen up and sort online out, because as you said, some people only buy it for online. I play mainly singleplayer, so I'm happy, but my online experiences have not been very good. I would like to play online, and play some of you guys, but until they sort it out, I'll stick with Reading (got fired from Forest and lumbered with Accrington Stanley, so started again with the Royals).

y is it so hard to get a game online i go to quick ranked search and sometimes takes me 15 mins to get a match iv got a good signal so wat is it does it happen to everyon

offline mode in fifa 09 is great i play at high settings no lag but when it comes to online all of a sudden i lag my fps drops to like 30s and i normally get like 70fps in offline mode and i even lowed the settings now and still laggs!@!@!@ when i first got fifa 09 i didnt lagg at much not at all but now laggs (((((


i got a fast internet connection says u need a 512kb/s connection i got a fast 1500kb/s connection and stil llaggs which mean i download at 1.5MB/S but STILL ****ING LAGGS@!@!@

You know what, I've been bashing EA today for all the faults they've had... and I still think its a bit too easy to score in this game (either that or my opponents aren't very good) but so far in all 6 games I've played (all 6 wins btw ) I've had great connection and experience with this game. And the in game widgets and interface looks really great too. I dread offline mode because it gets rather stale playing against the computer.

But in general, I think this FIFA has been the best so far for the PC. I've had a great experience with online so far, and the graphics look great.
