Russian was already in there last year in FIFA 07.
Its obvious they'd want to make a new change!

Well you hear them on the menu's when your changing your team formation, changing your squad, creating players, buying and selling players, viewing the league tables, etc.. and practicing in the Arena. hardly almost useless.

True, its certainly useless, infact I would'nt even care if there was a soundtrack at all in FIFA 09, 010, 011, etc Soundtrack is useless. i am not a person of music, maybe classical music and some other pop falk, but that's just about it. Not interested in rap, rock, etc

All I am interested in is FOOTBALL!

EA are just trying to show how new and different the game is from FIFA 08.

Even PES started putting songs in PES 2008, only a few though.

What do you suggest there be if there is no soundtrack? if you heard just one music track repetitively looped over (like in PES 6) instead of proper songs i bet you'd be complaining then.
