How do I update the squads?

I new to this so hello to you all.

I've just got this game and noticed on one of the front screens when the game is loading that you can go to this website to check for squad updates. I've looked everywhere but can find it. Can anyone point me in right direction please.

I understand this question may have been asked many many times before, but you will have to bear with me as im new.

have you ever played a match online?

if yes then it updates the teams automatically (up to march 2009 transfers)

if no then try and go online, or you can search google for football transfer and do them yourself, i did that for the gamecube fifas and trust me it gets tedious

Hi everybody,
instead of doing it manually, when you enter the online game, why the automatic downloading new squads does not work?
Do they update them later?

I tried even doing it manually to update International teams, because I mostly play international, and you can't even change the national teams, they only provided the leagues and no international quite upset...

The last update of 09 was last January

If you don't have online on your wii, Look at the transfer lists on the internet and swap around players etc, However you will really only be able to get players already on the wii unless you create new ones.
