Default Connection problem

When I play the game, most of the time an error messae will pop up and end the game. The message is: A network connection error has occurred. Cannot connect to other player. What does this mean? Is it my connection or theirs?

Its a problem with the game which EA refuse to acknowledge(they blame your connection) it happens to just about everyone,

yep there is no fixing it and EA wont fix the connection issue as they say its not there fault.......BOLLOX!!!!!!
Dont worry, pes09 comes out end of month, take it back to game, trade it in and be rid of it forever.......ITS WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING.

I managed to get hold of a copy of PES 09 last night, offline its class, I'll try online when it's officially out, but it did let me download the latest squads.

But for some reason Sunderland wear solid red, Newcastle wear solid black tops etc., but luckily it has a full editor so I fixed that in about 15mins

Yes you can use the classic controller, it works well.

It feels so much more realistic than fifa, but the commentary is still lalalala(somethings never change)

It has the Champions league, Master league and Champions Road, so it should keep my entertained till some other people come online.

The Editor is fantastic, you can edit just about anything,
Stadium name
Player(appearance and attributes)
Teams(names, stadiums, squads, kits etc)
and loads of other stuff.

sweet when i get it will defhook up and have a match, been looking at reviews and it looks very good.........just hope the online has no prob?????
Fifa 10 is going to have to be perfect for anybody to buy it after the farse that has been 09, iknow loads of ppl that have bought it and binned it for another game. Norm love FIFA, but this was just a bag of CR AP. I have MOH2 online and have no connection probs with that, just typical that the one game i want online turns out to be fault and FRAUDULENT to what the makers say it is!!!!!

I am definitely trading my game in. PES is better because even though they don't have as many licenses, they do have the editor as you say. goodbye fifa

Default Connection problem too

I faced the same problem all evening. In my case, the network connection problem happens mostly when my goalkeeper has the ball and is ready to kick it back into the game. This is very frustrating and makes the game un-playable online. Really disappointing if EA doesn't fix this.

i got into 0-0 deadlock thru entire game...very exciting...after scoring three goals in the shootout, the other player still had 3 shots to tie...course, the connection failed at that point...weak sauce..

please tell me the update resolves this if anything else...duhhh...what's the point if it works 'part' of the time..

it's like ordering a big mac, paying full price for a sandwich without the meat..

we should at least get a discount for an 'incomplete' product..
