I am very dissapointed about this game, can't play online. and you can almost not steal the ball without running into your opponent and having to recover for like 5 seconds. No be a pro mode and not even the training mode! Training mode was THE way to get skilled.

And no answer from any EA mod yet.

EDIT: oh and btw, last time i played. Berbatov from man Utd got injured, so i tried to put anderson in for him. But when the ball got out of the field, i saw the animation of Berbatov going out of the field, and coming back in :S. Everytime i tried to substitue him, he got back and Anderson didn't come into the field

Default freeze crash lala in manager mode

when playing manager mode after the year 2015 my wii crashes with a strange buzzing noise. It doesnt matter how many times i reset it and load it back it always does the same thing. Anyone else had the same problem? Or is it a fault on my disk?

mate got the same problem except now every time i restart my manager mode career i get less and less games before the freeze kicks in . it frst happened about a season and a half into my career (nowhere near 2015)then the next time about half a season and down to about 10 games now before it freezes. had the game 3 weeks returned the game twice and swapped for new copies to no avail
basically cant play in manager mode.

total ****1n sham

Whenever a player is on a breakaway and I trip him ( I was desperate ) he scores then he ends up falling and it shows him trying to get up, and then all of a sudden it shows him celebrating.

But what's the point? You guys really think EA cares? I think this thread has no point.

Got Wii & FIFA09 for xmas. Halfway through first season in Manager Mode, game starts freezing at 22% of 'Transferring' window after a match. Now freezes at 18%, and i can't go any further with the season. Have to switch Wii off. So disappointing.

Anyone know what the cause is? Have EA done anything to address it?

Is FIFA08 available for Wii? Is it any better?

You got the wrong console if you want EA to "address it"

Fifa 08 was better online but i am not sure about MM.....you could always try PES?

Is there absolutely no way of changing the kits then on MM 'cos I'm fed up of the opposing team of playing the same colours as my team and not knowing who the heck I'm passing to?

I've overcome my freezing problem. Basically, I elected not to buy an Eastern European midfielder in the January transfer window, and now all seems to be working just fine.

Has anyone else dabbled in the transfer market just before their crash?

It may be because you have loaned out a player, then you sign another players. (which makes you have 31 players next season, which is more than max.)

Default Fixed my version

I had the same problem with my copy of '09 when it got to 2015 in manager mode. Basically it would freeze straight after the match I played, when loading the main screen of manager mode.

After an hour of trying to figure it out, I performed a Wii update, and it worked straight away.

It might work for you. It might not. But this is a confirmed case of success.

sorry about saying this was rubbish before lol ... i looked at some of he posts and i actually agree with quite alot of them. It's really annoying when the wii just freezes and a buzzing noise comes on..
..so good luck trying to get it sorted
