Rudd produced his first save of the match on 62 minutes when Kyle was deneid by the Englishman. Mifsud playd it long for Kyle who controlled it briliantly in behind the defense.
Kyle tried to chip it over Rudd but he held on for the save. Rudd produced yet another world Class save tring to impres Wenger Mifsud broke clear of the defense. Mifsud lofted the ball in for onrushing striker Kyle but Rudd leapt all the way across the goal to keep the strikers header out. A brilliant reaction save.

Julian Valentin

Valentin got his first action when abb broke clear of Vermaelen. Valentin tackled him before he could get past him. Valentin produced a masterful tackle after Mifsud broke into the box and pulled it back. Mifsud was facing out of the box ut Valentin produced the best tackle of the natch to win the ball and start a counter attack. That was all the action he would see onthe day as Coventry barely threatend on goal.

Pires helped set up the second goal when he took on 3 people and fed the ball to Jordan who cut it back to Ramsey for a tap in. Pires got the third goal when he recieved a layoff at the top of the box from Merida. Pires slammed it first time and it rocketed into the bottom corner. Pires could have grabbed the 4th goal when he broke into the box and cracked the post with a thunderbolt of a effort.

McDonald got his first touch in the 18th when he tried to break through the Coventry defense. McDonald added a goal to his tally on 25 minutes when he converted Vasquez's 1 on 1 rebound. McDonald almost grabbed another on 60 minutes when made space for a shot. Marshall easily saved. McDonald missed another chance on 71 minutes when he volleyed just wide of Marshall's post. McDonald tallied a double on 81 minutes when he was played through by Merida. McDonald found space and fired a stunner into the top corner. He grabbed his Hat-Trick when he took a pass from asquez and beat several defenders before slotting it past Marshall.

Vasquez made the first goal happen when his 1 on 1 shot was saved by Marshall but the rebound was slotted home by McDonald. Vasquez also contributed to the 5th goal when he was the one who played in Merida. Vasquez was covered well by the Coventry defense and could not get a inch of space on them.
