Colccini (Goal) 37'

Diatta (Goal) 58'
Van Persie (Goal) 75'
N'Zogbia in for Arshavin 77'
Nolan (Goal) 80'
Berg (Goal) 90'

Events
Arsenal kicked the ball off and immaedatley looked the more livley of the 2 sides. Walcott broke down the sideline an into the box. Walcott then turned R.Taylor before slamming the ball into Harper. Harper was lucky.

Just 2 minutes later Van Persie smacked the Underside of the crossbar. Van Persie broke into the box and chipped it over the onrushing Harper who was closing the Angle. The ball smacked against the crossbar.

Newcastle escaped again om 13 minuts when Van Persie broke loose. Van Persie turned Taylor but lost control of the ball and it trickled out of play for a goal kick. Harper counting his lucky stars as Van Persie was through. Van Persie then injured R.Taylor and he was replaced by Diatta.

The game was getting more and more physocal and on 17 minutes Dabo recieved a yellow for a careless challenge on Jonas. Jonas was then replaced by the Veteran Butt. Butt was dropped to the bench for this game but the coaches strategy of punishing bad form didn't really work.

Duff was next to see yellow for a hard and late tackle on Walcott. Walcott had just returned from injury and was back out being replaced by Denilson. The Brazilian made his 2nd appaerance of the season and first from the bench.

Clichy took the free kick short to Denilson who turned and fired with his left foot. The ball rattled the crossbar. Harper was left to wonder why he was being spared so many times.

Berg did put a shott on target in the 30th resulting in the first goal of the game. THe move was started by 21 year old Dabo. Dabo passed it to Denilson who gave it right back. Dabo then beat two Newcastle players before firing a cross that Berg volleyed in from close range.

Newcastle were lucky not to pull level after Duff took a corner that landed at the feet of Kevin Nolan. Nolan slammed it at Almunia who preformed a lighting qiuck reflex save for another corner. The next corner did result in a Newcastle goal when Colcconi chipped it over a stunned Almunia. Almunia was on the ground and couldn't get up on time.

(Parker taking the ball past S.Taylor in the build up to Arsenal's second goal)

It was a rough game from the start and that was more evident in the 55th when Gallas saw Red for a Hard chalenge on Martins. The free Kick was take by Martins and the wall came to Arsenals rescue. Out for a corner. Off the corner Diatta took the ball past Silvestre and fired in the bottom corner.

Newcastle almost extended their lead when Berg hit a backheader to Almunia. Almunia Charlie Browned the ball and Martins had the ball with only Silvestre in the net. Silvestre knocked it out off the line for a contender for save of the season by a defender.

Arsenal grabbed the Equaliser when Parker totally bamboozeled Barton and Taylor(Shown Above). Parker then lofted the ball in for Van Persie who controlled then tapped it past Harper. Harper not coming out early enough to close down the angle.

Arsenal switched things around on 77 minutes. Parker dropped to CB. Denilson moved inside where Parker was. Van Persie went to RW. Also N'Zogbia came on for Arshavin to face his former club. The formations looked something like this:
Almunia
Dabo-Silvestre-Parker-Clichy
Van Persie-Fabregas-Denilson-N'Zogbia
Berg

Newcastle grabbed what they thought would be the winner on 80 minutes.(More on that later). Silvestre cleared right to Nolan who slammed a Shot into the far upper 90 of the goal.(Like Liam Lawrence against Hull). Nolan rushed in with the traveling support. Suprisingly id not get booked.

Arsenal came close in the 89th when Parker took a layoff from Denilson past Diatta and slammed it off Harper. 2-3 it stayed. Berg did get theequakiser on 90+3 when Parker and him were 2 on 1 with Harper. Parker beat Harper centered it across goal and Berg tapped it in from close range. Berg ran to the Fans and jumped in with them. He also did not see Yellow

A Thrilling game that eneded 3-3 at the Emirates.
Bump for people who missed it.

Portsmouth vs Arsenal

Venue
Fratton Park

Line Ups

Portsmouth

James
Sincliar---Campell---Hreidasson---Paramot
Krancjar---Pennant
Diop---Utaka---Mokoena
Gekas
Arsenal

Fabianski
Dabo---Djourou---Silvestre---Clichy
Van Persie---Parker---Fabregas--N'Zogbia
Berg---Arshavin

Key Players
Arsenal

Andrey Arshavin
Andrey Arshavin had a dismal game against Newcastle returning from injury and will need a better game to help Arsenal to vctory against a good Pompey side that will not just be pushed over. Arshavin will start up top so he will need to fish his chances against Clamity James to push Arsenal to Victory.
Portsmouth
Penant will have to be perfect if Portsmouth are to pull the upset and gain 3 points against league leaders Arsenal. The former Arsenal starlet will be played in the holding misfield role and will need to spread the Arsenal midfield out.

Would anyone view live?

Arsenal vs Stoke

Venue
The Emirates

Line Ups

Arsenal

Fabianski
Sagna---Parker---Silvestre---Clichy
Dabo---Fabregas---Merida---N'Zogbia
Berg---Van Persie

Stoke

Simonsen
Higginbotham---Cort---Sonko---Faye
Pugh---Olinfinjana---Etherington
Whelan---Lawrence
Camara

Key Players

Arsenal

Mahamdou Dabo
Dabo has had a streak of good performances in the first team. With the return of Sagna and Wenger not wanting to rush back Walcott. Dabo was moved to right wing. Dabo will need to preform at his best to reach a regular starting XI bertg in the first team.

Liam Lawence
Lawrence has been hurt for most of the year so far and will be looking to return against Arsenal. Lawrence was injured early in the season so he will need to get his form back for Stoke to finsh top 7 as was stated by Lawrence before the season began.
