Probably won't bother for Fifa10 anymore. I think this place isn't as good as it was when I first started making threads. Just do a private one. If the Russian League was included it might tempt me though.

My personal feeling is that there is lack of incentive for the people who are any good to stay when the ones that swap every week and make countless spelling mistakes in updates receive more comments. I might try to find a new forum thats interested in MM writing, there's bound to be some interest elsewhere.

CSKA Moscow for me if they are included. Doing them with FM09 atm. Not quite the same as actually controlling the players with fifa but its not bad

Fulham F.C. Monthly Review
Depressing Month for Fulham and fans

Lucky Hull steal a point

The movement around the back four wasn't that impressive today after a draw against Hull, but Chris Baird made the move to right back and Brede Hangeland made a welcome return to the back four. The inform Andy Johnson was first to take blood from Hull and it was an impressive striker aswell, beautiful body position. Amazingly, just two minutes after the restart in the second half Hulls on-loan star, Manucho evens things up, but less than a minute later Fulham strike back through the impressive English striker Fraizer Campbell. It seemed as if Fulham were going to take all three points until tricky winger, Peter Halmosi got a cheeky header in that looped over Mark Schwarzer with ease. Even though Fulham conceded two goals, one of their defenders took the man of the match award with his fantastic running and amazing play, the Northern Ireland fullback Chris Baird.

Gratefull Liverpool take a point

Fulham played an unchanged squad that was severly unlucky to draw with Hull City, the previous week. Striker Andy Johnson still climbed the scorer table as he opened the scoring in the second minute with an absolutely stunning strike from twenty yards out that made Craven Cottage roar! Liverpool were desperately trying to get into the game, but to no avail, only a mistake by the previous weeks heroe Chris Baird gave the flying Dutchman, Dirk Kuyt a whole to wriggle through and he finished off the move with ease, both Hangeland and Schwarzer ripped into Baird after that disgraceful mistake that gave away the win. Only a few minutes later, horror struck, one of the stars of Fulhams season, their un-sung heroe Paul Konchesky was injured after a challenge from Javier Mascherano who was then booked, the left back was taken off awaiting a verdict. Tricky little winger Giles Barnes took the Man of the Match award after overall a very dull game.

Konchesky injury revealed

The unsung hero of Fulham who was injured playing against Liverpool, after a challenge from Javier Mascherano, has been told that he has dislocated his shoulder but should be back playing for Fulham on the fourteenth of December later this year and should be able to still get a good sum of the season playing. We spoke to Paul Konchesky and he said "Yes I am a bit annoyed at both myself and Javier [Mascherano] but I suppose it is all part of the game, but I am mostly upset as I wont be able to play for Fulham and now we lack a left back."

Manchester City embaress Fulham

Due to the injury of Paul Konchesky Fulham had to really shake things around in the back four as Emmanuel Pogatetz moves to left back, Chris Baird to center back to partner Brede Hangeland and then John Paintsil moved into Bairds right back position, but other than the defense remained unchanged. The form of Fulham went down as Craig Bellamy grabbed two goals in the first half, one in the twenty fourth minute and the next six minutes later on the thirtieth, Fulhams great passing game had gone to nothing, sloppy passing and always giving the ball away, no wonder Martin Petrov finished them off in the fiftey fourth minute and the Brazilian Robinho proved his quality as he earned himself the man of the match award.

Second goaless game for Fulham on the trot

After an embarrasing match against Manchester City the man in goal, Mark Schwarzer was changed for Pascal Zuberbuhler who was expected to do better. It seemed as if Fulham were heading for their third draw of the month until "Tiny" Tim Cahill smashed it past the helpless Zuberbuhler, heartbreak on the seventieth minute. The game was sealed on the eighty fourth minute as the on-loan Brazilian super-star, Jo completed a comprehensive victory against a slipping Fulham. It may of looked like Tim Howard had nothing to do all day, but he was barely let time for air as the strikers kept him busy, but his fantastic saves kept Everton going and earned him the man of the match award.

Rivals Chelsea rip Fulham hopes and hearts

Even though Everton run Fulham flat in the previous week, they kept an identical squad. It seemed as if Chelsea were going to run Fulham ragged throughout the match as they dominated the first half and the scoring showed it at half time as they had a two-nil buffer to rest on, thanks to Joe Cole and Bosingwa, but a goal from Fulham could of changed that and thats what happned as Andrew Johnson smashed home yet another goal to prove that he was worth the money Fulham payed for him and now the Whites had some hope! And it seemed as if they had a chance just after Danny Murphy had left the pitch, penalty to Fulham, Zoltan Gera stepped up for the penalty but the Czech goalie, Petr Cech managed to save it and then got it down to the other end of the pitch in a flash where the Portugese midfielder Deco chipped it over the now depressed Zuberbuhler, three-one Chelsea, game over as only two minutes plus injury time remained. Petr Cech was unlucky to not keep a clean sheet, but still managed to keep a man of the match award.

Team of the Month:

--- Cech (CHE) ---
---
--- Bosingwa (CHE) --- Bramble (WIG) --- Terry (CHE) --- Taylor (MID) ---
---
--- Teixeira (WBA) --- McCann (BOL) --- Obi Mikel (CHE) --- Brunt (WBA) ---
---
--- Moore (WBA) --- Alves (MID) ---
