Atletico Madrid star Simao looks likely to join Chelsea in the next few days. This is after Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink revealed he was a big fan of the Portuguese winger.
He told the press " I am a big fan of Simao he is a very talented player who would bring alot of quality to the Chelsea squad."
Chelsea have offered Atletico around £8,000,000 for the 28 year old winger.
It is thought that he would be the replacement for Florent Malouda who handed in a transfer request on Friday Morning.



Another Possibility is VFB Stuttgarts Mario Gomez he is seen as the long term replacement for Didier Drogba who is being linked with a move to Inter Milan. Guus Hiddink thinks that Gomez will be a perfect aquisition and will fit right into the Chelsea style of play.
Chelsea Have Offered VFB Stuttgart around £7,500,000 for Gomez.
