Manchester United were able to comfortable see off Italian proposition, Fiorentina.
The visiters shocked the Reds in the 7th minute when Adrian Mutu capatilized on a
Nemnaja Vidic mistake and fired past Van Der Sar which changed the vibe of the game.
But 10 minutes later in the 17th minute it would be Cristiano Ronaldo who fired one back
for Manchester United with an exquiste back heel in a crowded penalty box to level it up.
It was then Rooney who put United infront on the stroke of half time when he made a
dashing run in from the left flank to fire past Fiorentina keeper. It would then be Cristiano
Ronaldo to cap off on a comfortable win with a Header in the 83rd minute! Manchester United
can now pack their bags for a trip to Ewood Park in the Premier League against Blackburn.

flank, he is followed by Carrick and they play a neat one-two with each other and Park is free

plays a smart reverse ball to Rooney! Rooney takes the ball to the byline! Dummies the cross
and runs in on the byline! He dummies the shot and plays the ball into Ronaldo!!!! Berbatov
comming in and THEY COLLIDE AND NEITHER CONNECT ON THE BALL!!!
Ronaldo dissapointed with Berbatov! He had the opportunity to score!

That ends up in a corner kick, taken by Rooney. He builds his composure and then whips it in,
Berbatov heads it on, It falls to Ronaldo! a whole swarm of Fiorentina players around him,
he flicks the ball around his feet and back heels it cheekily past Frey!!!! UNITED ARE LEVEL
QUICK MAGIC BY RONALDO LEVELS IT ALL UP!
THE FANS ERRUPT SINGING ; THERES ONLY ONE CRISTIANO RONALDO

Fiorentina kick off with Mutu and Jovetic, they play the ball between themselves, and give it back to midfield.
The ball is played high to Mutu who chests it down onto his feet but then is instantly sweeped off his feet
by Michael carrick! Hard but fair! Ref tells Mutu to get onto his feet.
