Why have you faded the pics so much? Isn't it more fun to have vivid pics?

HULL DROWNED IN RED WATER

[ Cristiano Ronaldo piled upon by team mates after letting a rocket rip from 40+ yards ]

Manchester Utd 4 - Hull City 0
Rooney 37' 42'
Zayatte (OG) 55'
Ronaldo 80'

This was a game which would favour title holders, a game which took place at
the KC Stadium which would raise the morale of certain Hull City players including
the likes of Geovanni, Cousin and more of Hull Citys star players, watching for us was,
Andy Gray & Martin Tyler!

First Half

The game kicks off with Hull City kicking from left-right and Manchester United
kicking from right-left, Hull take the centre. They roll the ball around nicely for the opening ten, but receive a shock when a terrible backpass by Ricketts finds Rooney
who takes the shot on first time but it just flashes past the back post in an instant, Myhill was beaten!

Hull City put Manchester Utd under some pressure when a 1-2 between Boateng and
Geovanni saw Boateng get a 2on1 chance at goal with only Rio Ferdinand to pick him up but Boateng simply didn't have the legs to go all the way and was dispossed by Ferdinand who put the least effort into the tackle. Man Utd took full control the game
when Rooney made a sensational run by himself to lob Myhill to put Manchester Utd
1-0 up after a cagey opening 37 minutes.

It was only few minutes later before Rooney added to his tally when a Rooney and Ronaldo combined to put Rooney through in on goal who calmy slotted past Myhill for a second time to double Manchester Utds tally and send them into half time with a considerable leads.

Second Half
Scholes OFF Veloso ON
Nani OFF Pedersen ON
Tevez OFF Berbatov ON

Manchester Utd resumed the game with neat passing in the midfield area with players
such as Veloso and Carrick demanding the ball and getting into space and it wasn't long before Man Utd got another chance at goal when the Myhill's box was clustered up with players he just had to tip the ball out for a corner. The corner was converted in by
Pedersen who found Berbatovs head but was just over the bar, two substitues almost combined for a third goal!

Manchester Utd didn't have to wait long before they got another goal it was exactly 10 minutes from kick-off and Ronaldo's shot took a nick off Zayatte and wrong footed Myhill. We all thought Ronaldo would get the goal but it went down as a Zayatte own goal.

Manchester Utd carried on attacking and another chance went to Ronaldo who instead of shooting slid in Veloso who placed the ball into Row Z! That pleased the Hull City fans didn't it! But one thing that didn't please the Hull City fans was a 40 yarder from ..
Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo got the ball on the counter and took on a few players until he passed the half-way line, he stepovered his way past Kilbane and just let one rip and the shot which was look destined for the left top corner from Ronaldos position impossibly curled into the top right hand corner, not even 10 keepers and Andy Gray in goal would have stopped that!

The final whistle was blown and Cristiano Ronaldo was named Man Of The Match.

[ Cristiano Ronaldo; Man Of The Match; 9/10 ]

42 AGAIN? NO PROBLEM!
http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll13/rockbandsGFX/ronaldoupdate.jpg

[ Cristiano Ronaldo saylalalalaing 42 again this season is childs play ]

Manchester Utd hit-man today set out an appealing speech including him
stating that what he did last season was 'OK' for his standards and he knows
he can do even better this season, the portuguese player has already hit
three goals in two appearences since the 08-09 season has begun.

Cristiano Ronaldo has said that he hasn't quite reached his peak point
which saw his bag a total of 42 goals in all competitions and that memorable
07/08 season will surely go down in folk law history.

With competition getting tighter Cristiano Ronaldo has said that as long as 'we'
retain all of our titles, even if he scores 10 he will be happy as football is a team
sport but even Cristiano Ronaldo can't hide the fact that he is enjoying all the
accolades he is receiving at this moment and intends to keep it all up.

If you're referring to real life, then he's still doing good because he didn't start the season same time as everyone else due to injury and he's already in the top 4-5 of top scorers so there's still chance for amazement.

Next game is against Fulham, a update or the preview will be up soon.

DIMI CANT STOP SCORING

[ Dimitar Berbatov nets a first half hat-trick against unsettled Fulham ]

Manchester Utd 3 Fulham 1
Berbatov 21' 33' 39'
Johnson 55'
Davies Sees Red 64'

It was a solid performance from the European and English Champions as they brushed
aside an unsettled Fulham side which didn't bring much to the game, but in the end
Manchester United's match-winner was Dimitar Berbatov. With stars such as,
Michael Carrick, Scholes, Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney rested for a more physical
test against Bolton in a week to come.

First Half with Andy Gray & Martin Tyler

Dimitar Berbatov and Danny Welback get the game underway and the ball is shifted into
Midfield and is kept by Darren Fletcher who is looking to capatalize on this rare start.
Fletcher backpasses to Ferdinand who then goes wide to Evra who has alot of room to
run into and then finds Park who sends a looping ball into the box first time for Berbatov's
brilliant header matched with a excellent save from the Fulham no#1 keeper.

Fulham have a good spell in the game with players such as Murphy picking up the ball
in deep positions and brings it forward, Murphy plays a nice slick through-ball to Johnson
but is anticipated by van der Sar. Van Der Sar throws it out long but it falls straight to Davies
who goes for glory from just bout 45 yards out but sees his short bend wide.

But the first blood drawn was red when Anderson picks up the ball from his own area,
who then goes past Johnson, Zamora and Davies to eventually pick out Dimitar Berbatov
in Schwarzer's area who slots it perfectly into the corner first time to give Manchester United the 1-0 lead!

12 minutes later it was Dimitar Berbatov who struck again just outside the box, with a hopeful
shot which was bobbling and was just out of reach for Schwarzer which saw Berbatov double
Man Uniteds lead on the night. Fulham did have a perfect chance to make it 2-1 when Johnson had
sitter but blasted it over the crossbar, you could see the thrustration on his team-mates faces.

And then 6 minutes before half time it was Dimitar Berbatov who popped up again from a Park
cross and guided the ball into the top left corner brilliantly with his head to earn himself a first
half hattrick and surely kill the game before the break.

Second Half with Andy Gray & Martin Tyler
Giggs ON Nani OFF
Manucho ON Welback OFF

Fulham get us back underway and Andy Johnson goes on a solo run and gets past the United
Midfielders but when in space outside of Manchester Uniteds area smashes the ball down wide.
Fulham keep pressure on United with even more chances when Zamora curls one which looks
to be dipping into the top corner, Edwin Van Der Sar with a 5star save keeping it out with his finger tips!!

Fulhams corner is fizzed in high and quick and Dempsey rises highest but heads it completly wide and
Vidic eventually clears it. Manchester United catch Fulham on the break with Giggs who stays by the corner
flag waiting for support and eventually Manucho comes and holds the ball up and works himself
into some space but his shot is weak and is no problem for Schwarzer.

Fulham do revive some hope when Clint Dempsey races past Brown and thumps one
low and hard into the box and is tucked away in perfect fashion by Andy Johnson
to make it 3-1, but surely the game is out of Fulhams reach by now?!

Fulham keep on pressing but are caught on the break once again but Manchester United
do not have the legs to make anything from the break and keep the ball around the halfway line
and then things get worse for Fulham when Fletcher embarresses Davies with a dummy
Simon Davies comes hurling in at Darren Fletcher with two feet and at full pelt just hammers
Darren Fletcher who is sent flying. Howard Webbs sees all of this and dismisses Simon Davies!!

The Final Whistle is blown to Manchester United fans applause.

Manchester United Man Of The Match

Dimitar Berbatov 9/10
