SWANSEA CITY TRANSFER RUMORS!

Welcome to Sky Sports News I'm Garry Moss. Well the Coca Cola Champions League is fast apporching which mean Transfer Rumors. First up we have newly promoted Swansea City who where champions of League One. Roberto Martinez is rumored with only three players, including one loan.

First off we have Amercian star Taylor Twellman who currently plays for New England Revolution. This Amercian star striker has made over 170 appearances for his club scoring 99 goals. Many would believe that if signed he would partner Scotland up front but Martinez is appartenly unhappy with him u
partenershipnable to score in training and would partner Pintado upfront which could be a deadly partnership with Pintado's air skills and Twellman's skillful footwork this pair wouldn't be able to stop scoring.

Next up is Aussie goalkeeper Brad Jones. Brad Jones currently plays for English Premier League side Middlesbrough but has fallen out of favour with Southgate after injury. He now sits on the bench like he did when fellow Aussie keeper Mark Schwarzer was there. He could now favour a move to Swansea since Martinez has had a fall out with current keeper Dorus de Vries since his gone off form and letting nearly every shot in. If Brad Jones was to arrive he would be first choice keeper and it would take alot to get past him.

Last but not least is Swansea's loan target John Bostock. He currently plays for Tottenham and captain England Under 17s. Bostock could really come in handy for Swansea to be able to get forward and create chances for anyone. Tottenham could loan him out for first team experiance or they could keep him so they can play him in there first team when they experiance a shirtage in players.

I'm Gary Moss for Sky Sports News wishing you a good night from the Swansea City camp goodnight.

SWANSEA CITY PRE-SEASON ANNOUCED!

Hello I'm Samantha Moore and this is Live Sky Sports News. First up we have news from the Coca Cola Championship team Swansea City. Today Swansea City manger Roberto Martinez was proud to annouce that he has been in talks with the Board and teams from Scotland about a pre-season tour and annouced that 4 club have agreed to play the Coca Cola League One Champions those four teams being Hearts, Rangers, Celtic and Inverness CT, lets have a close look at all four teams.

Hearts (Or there full name Heart of Midlothian) where founded in 1874 and in 1890 where the only Scottish east coast team to be invited to join the inaugural Scottish Football League. They have gone on to be 4 time Scottish League Champions, 7 time Scottish Cup Champions and 4 time Scottish League Cup champions. Swansea City will play them on the 14th of June 2008.

Rangers FC where founded in 1873, there are one of ten orginal teams from the Scottish Football League. Rangers are also on of only two teams that have won the newly formed Scottish Premier League. Rangers have won a World Record 51 League Titles, they are 32 time Schottish Cup Champions and 25 time League Cup winners. Swansea City will face Rangers on the 20th June.

Celtic FC where founded in 1888, unlike the other two teams there where not apart of the inaugural Scottish Football League. Celtic are the current champions of Scotland and are the only Scottish team to have won the Europen Cup. They are 42 time Scottish League champions, a record 34 time Scottish Cup Champions and 13 time Scottish League Cup winners. Swansea City will play the current Scottish Champions on the 24th of June.

Inverness CT where founded in 1994 as Caledonian Thistle, they where founded between a merge between two teams from the Highland Football League (Caledonian and Inverness Thistle) to fill a spot in the Scottish Football League. They are 1 time First Division Champions, 1 time Third Division Champions and 1 time Scottish Challenge Cup Champions. Swansea City will make the long trip up to Inverness to play there final match of pre-season on 1st of July.

After that Swansea City will go back to Wales to focus on the fast approching Coca Cola Championship. Till then
I'm Samantha Moore reporting for Sentana Sports News from the Swansea City camp goodnight.

LIVE!
HEARTS VS SWANSEA CITY

6:00pm - Welcome to Tynecastle Stadium in Edinburgh for the start of Swansea City's pre-season tour. Tonight they face tough opposition in Hearts FC. Kick-off is at 6:30 I'll now hand you over to Martin Tyler and Andy Gray for pre-match talk and match commentary.

0:00 - And the Game kicks off.

12:13 - WHAT A GOAL!, first chance, first goal. Hearts broke down the wing and go the cross in, the cross had to much power on it, Swansea defender heads it away but lands at the feet of Kingston and he smashed bottom left corner out of reach of the keeper. Hearts are 1-0 up.

14:28 - Swansea are quick to start a passing game from the kick-off, it gets them upfield abit, the ball lands at Britton's feet and from a long way out he has a crack at it, keeper just stands there as his shot just goes wide.

16:01 - A stuff up from the goalkick from the Hearts keeper gives Swansea the ball, Scotland gets up field abit, he goes for a through ball but it's intercepted.

27:26 - The game goes into a intervepting game till Hearts broke, they got a low cross in which looked like Swansea had cleared but it was blocked, Hearts had the ball inside the box, they had a shot but blocked by a Swansea defender, the ball lands at Stewart's feet and he places it into the same corner Hearts scored before. Hearts 2-0 Swansea.

30:05 - Swansea start a passing game up again, there through, no now Scotland's surrounded by defenders he trys to get it away to Pintado but the ball is intercepted.

37:42 - Swansea brake again but a pass is intercepted again.

45:00 - Swansea are through with some skilful footwork but no the ref blows for half-time. Well we go in at a surpising scoreline here Hearts 2-0 Swansea.
Roberto Martinez you think will be hoping his whole team do better next half.

45:00 - And where back under way, can Swansea pull this one back and pull off a mircle or will Hearts pull further ahead?

50:39 - Swansea's back four are holding together, Hearts decide to take a long shot, saved with ease by Swansea goalkeeper.

53:21 - Oh No, Swansea's defence have fallen apart it's 1v1, the keeper comes out shot blocked, another long distance shot blocked by defender for throw in.

61:36 - Scotland for Swansea brakes down the win he runs in, and on a angle takes a shot but it goes over.

61:36 - Changes for both teams here, Hearts (Mole out for Obue, Zaliukas out for Palazuelos Garcia) Swansea (Monk out for Lawrence, Butler out for Orlandi, Scotland out for Bauza)

64:14 - Bauza brakes he gets into the box, he goes to shoot but is tackled.

70:33 - Nice through ball to Bauza, he free, his going for the shoot but is called offside.

75:15 - Bauza is away again but is sandwhich tackled just outside the box.

77:54 - Swansea add a yellow to there name as WIlliams sees yellow.

80:34 - Bauza is away again, is on a angle about to shoot but the keeper comes out a collects it.

90:00 - Swansea have broke again but the full time whistle blows. Well what a match we had here with surpise winners Hearts. Tune in next time for Swansea City vs Rangers.

Well... it sounded like a wonderful match! I'm so sorry I missed it. But it's okay.

Some tough pre-seasons there though...

My predictions for the rest are:

0 - 2 Celtic to win

Sorry mate, but it's Celtic... I mean, no need to continue this sentence, lol.

1 - 1 Rangers

It should be a good match against Rangers. If you can keep a good head against Rangers and manage to effectively use a smart strategy against them, i'm sure you'll emerge victorious. However, my prediction is that it will be a tough match, so a draw.

2 - 0 vs Inverness Swansea to win

GO GET THEM!
