The Problems with Manager Mode in FIFA 09.

Dear fellow Fifa players and EA,
I believe that FIFA should be as real life as possible so here are some suggestions

The Problems with Manager Mode in FIFA 09.

1.1 Growth.
Problem: Players are growing mostly in the off-season.
Solution: Players should “level-up” more every time they get to 100 EXP. In addition we should be able to control the off-season.

1.2. Growth.
Problem: Players are getting to 95+ which isn’t realistic, at the start of the game there are 10 players on 90OVR, but at season 3 its 40 players, this isn’t realistic.
Solution: tone down the amount of growth, especially with established players like Rooney and Tevez.

2.1 Set-Pieces - Corners
Problem: I do not know what makes a good corner taker.
Solution: include a statistic that measures cornering.

2.2 Set-pieces - Penalties
Problem: I do not know what makes a good penalty taker
Solution: include a penalty attribute.

2.3 Set-pieces - FK
Problem: not enough creativity with FK’s.
Solution; be able to create plays, and choose a number of people to look like they will take the FK, but only one takes it.
Example: I have got a FK 25m out at a medium angle, I have Cristiano Ronaldo and Ryan Giggs behind the ball (right-foot & left-foot), and so there are 2 (or more) possibilities with the FK. This would be particularly good for online matches because you van customise the FK for you so people could learn off each other.

3. Training.
Problem: Training is not realistic
Solution: let us train more that 3 times a week, and be able to choose training for a specific attribute for a select player. (Or select players)
Example: Cristiano Ronaldo, Owen Hargeaves and Ryan Giggs for FK training.

4. Youth Academy.
Problem: not a steady stream of players and when players are injured can’t get a youth academy player.
Solution: Have a screen that allows you to search for players in your youth academy.

5. Sponsors.
Problem: I get my League bonus too often and never my cup bonus.
Solution; fix this bug

6. Financial Prediction.
Problem: Counts things that have already been paid for (Transfers).
Solution: fix the bug

7. Board expectations
Problem: a bit buggy.
Solution: fix bugs and have expectations for League, FA cup, Carling Cup and UEFA CL, and have 3 additional expectations.

8. Statistics
Problem; cannot see other comps and mixes all competitions in together.
Solution: let us see all leagues, cups and ECC, EFA from other countries, and when viewing stats for your team, choose between EPL, FA CUP, Carling cup, ECC and Pre-season/friendlies

9. Friendlies.
Problem: other teams don’t have them
Solution let other teams have them.

10.1 Transfers
Problem: Get message “FC UK does not have enough players”
Solution: be able to trade players and money

10.2 Transfers
Problems: Rival doesn’t sell to you
Solution: make it hard to buy from rivals but not impossible

There is a penalty attribute, isn't there? There's FK accuracy, FK curve, penalties and something else that I can't remember right now...

I think these are mostly updates for PC, and as I play on PC, I'd more than gladly accept those updates.
