I am standing by my opinion, it should be five stars because you put probably the most effort into your MM than anyone else in this forum, and this is the best MM on the 09 forums and if you bring it onto the 10 forums it will be even greater. You are the best writer on these forums and the most comminted.

You are commited as no-one has done such long previews, great reports, great transfer ideas, realism! And you have over 50 pages, some people can only dream of that (if they are weird because who would). But this should be 5*s, because personally this is better than Robbies MM!

Thanks mate. U give me some huge credit but remember I have to prove myself when the season starts. If i dont then this will all be a waste. I have to do good detailed reports and analysis. And I hope my new graphics will be something special

Anyway, so i'll have to work really hard today to get these other season previews done. I hope i can though. Then there will be some updates about the upcoming fixtures for the first games of the season. These will probably be up tomorrow or tonight if am not fed up. Plus i may something that may involve you lot that may give u guys something at the end of each month if things go according to plan. I think i well get up the first match preview by Wednesday. If not then later in the week or the weekend. Thanks for your patience.

The 2008/2009 Barclays Premier League finally gets off to start on Wednesday. There are some very intense clashes on opening day the keep the hype up for the new season. However, the match most eyes will be on is that of Middlesbrough and Manchester United which could prove to be the most exciting of them all.

The FA changed the match date from the 16th to the 13th due to managers complaining of limited time to get players prepared and for them to recover for matches. Wigan will host Aston Villa as the Villans look to improve on there run last season to make a top four finish. Wigan boss Steve Bruce hopes this may be a good day for him and this season will be a new exciting chapter in Wigan's history.

Everton make the tripe to the Reebok stadium to face Bolton. Manager Moyes will be looking to keep the pressure on the bigger clubs this season. Megson as always will be going for a good result.

Stoke facing Arsenal on opening day looks to be tough fixture for the newcomers. The Gunners will be hoping they can repeat the excellent form they had began with last season.

Reigning Champions of Europe and England, Manchester United make the trip to the Riverside to face Middlesbrough. Boro' will look to really get a good start and play good football that will bring goals. United are hoping to equal their North-East rivals Liverpool's record of 18 league titles.

A return to the Premier League has West Brom facing one of the best in the league in Liverpool. The Reds have really prepared for the new season and they hope this time they can even put a stronger fight for the league title. Albion will definitely be going out to give the Reds a tough match.

Fulham host fellow Londoners Chelsea and this is just one of the three derbies on opening day. The Blues have re-shaped their squad and now they will work harder towards beating Manchester United to the title. Fulham relish this challenge to test their strength going into this new season.

Hull City do not have a tough fixture as they are going up against Blackburn Rovers. Rovers hope to make the Tigers first match into the top flight a horrible one.

Manchester City travel to the almost 'holy' Fratton Park to face FA Cup holders Portsmouth. Redknapp's squad will be up for the encounter after a productive summer and a successful season last term.

West Ham United versus Tottenham is the second London Derby. Spurs have really made a huge investment in the transfer market and this season they hope they can live up to their expectations. The Hammers squad is of good quality and should match Spurs though they have more big name players.

Newcastle and Sunderland, the Tyne-Tees Derby which is always one that the fans wait for every season when these two sides are in the Premier League. Keegan will hope they can come out winners and make good progress this term. Keane's Black Cats know what is needed to be successful this year and they hope to just that against the Toon.
