I love this game, best of the series and hopefully improved further. I buy the game just to play manager mode......but the have ruined this again......

1 - You start as Man United and start with Community Shield - - NICE - - but wheres the Chanpions League in the 1st Season???? that that have made it complete...

also - and this is the big one....

I started as Newcastle and had a great season winning the Prem....I think..oh maybe United will offer me a job then I get the message....'do you want to remain at your club' I aid no and it let me choose who I wanted to be???? wheres the challenge....It should be brought in that you get job offers depending on your peformance...not just pick who you want???

love the game though

CL is never in first season

OR Cluj, Famagusta etc.. would have to be in the game..

yeah tey could just put the lalalala teams in. They dont need the 'real' tournament.....it dont make sense without it...

What do you think about the end of season job offers then - That would add more depth....

they had that in 05 I think it was.
I presume they scrapped it because of too many whinging fanboys complaining about wanting to manage big teams from the start.

yeah I agree that you shoul still be able to pick who you want from start, but if you do well you get an offer from other teams...if you do well with utd then Real, Barca, chelsea offer you job like in football manager...you dont have to take !!!

that would be good. They have this in Career mode in sensible world of soccer - you can then manage england in the end to the world cup.....that would be the ultimate game.

Also implement a little press with regards to unhappy players, and players wantign to go to certain clubs - This game would then rock!!!!!

oh - little more realism needed with regards to signings - - -why would utd, liverpool, ayone be able to buy Walcott

a - they wouldn't sell - b - not for 4 million

I know how you feel mate but like DannyBRonaldo said, EA would have to add Cluj and all the other teams who are in the champions league this season.

They dont need to re-create the official tournment - I would accept a made up version with the wrong fixtures rather than none at all...makes the 1st season pointless
