I think there should be a wall for free kicks in the arena mode and also there should be a training mode thats what i think so its up to you guys to come up with things!!!

Here's my suggestions, so far.

Gameplay

- Fix the advantage rule

- 16 directional player movement or 360 degree movement if possible

- Make the CPU better at free kicks. I don't think ive conceded a free kick in over 300 matches against the CPU

- Fix the bug in which the CPU occasionally waits ages before taking a Goal Kick or Free Kick.

- Make it so you can move your wall from side to side when facing a Free Kick.

- When facing a Free Kick make it possible to have full control of your Goal Keeper and have a view from an in-goal camera so you will see the ball coming straight towards you like a Goal Keeper does in real life. Also you can position your defensive wall first, then dive in whatever direction you want.

- Have a specific button combination to curl the ball with the outside or inside of the boot. so if we want to do a 30 yrd curling pass with the outside of the boot across the field we can.

- Make the CPU teams use skill moves especially on higher difficulty levels such as Worldclass. and of course the better the team is, the more likely they are to do them.

Graphics

- Improve the player models. In Fifa 09 they look to glossy.

- Have more individual animations for the fans in the crowd. 09 was a very good improvement from 08 in this area but they still look to synchronised

- Make the Stewards and Cameramen on the touchline animated so they move occasiolalalalalala

- Real ad boards. ie, AIG, Samsung, Northern rock, Vodka Kick, etc.. would give the game an extra layer of realism

- Include the Night feature for every Stadium in the game if possible.

Manager Mode

- Pre season friendlies

- More realistic prices for players

- Job offers from other clubs if your doing very well

- If you get sacked half way through the season, your next Job should start half way through the season

- Have the League play-off final and FA Cup semi finals at Wembley Stadium

- When you draw an FA Cup match before the semi final make it goto a Replay instead of extra time/penalties with the Replay being played mid-week at Night.

- Have a Goal of the Season feature which chooses the best goal from your games and the games which the CPU have played

- Weather Effects in Manager Mode and mid-week Night matches occasionally

- Make it so you can change the EA Trax in Manager Mode without having to Quit MM

- An alternative team sheet in Manager Mode. So when your starting 11 is very tired or your playing in a Cup match for example you can select that team sheet without having to change each player in your squad individually each time.

- In a "ECC" or "EFA" 2 leg cup tie, the Aggregate score should appear on-screen in brackets in the 2nd leg.

Commentary

- Less Generic Commentary. ie, instead of saying 'this team' make the Commentator say the teams name instead. Also if your playing a game which would clinch the League title if you win it, the Commentators should mention this at the start of the game.

- Make the Commentators know your season, ie. if a certain striker on your team doesnt score until the 9th game of the season, the Commentator should mention this and say how relieved he will be to finally get off the mark. or if you have 2 games remaining in the season and you only need 1 win to win the League, the Commentator should be aware of this and discuss the huge importance of the game.

Training

- A full Training mode where you can practice corner routines, free kicks, passing, skill drills, etc... in the Stadium of your choice.

- Make it so you can use the plastic wall in the Arena to practice Free Kicks with. Dribbling Practice- Have a mini game in the Arena which allows you to put cones exactly where you want. ie, walk to the spot and hold down X to put down a cone or you can just use the default setting so the cones will be placed automatically.

Editing/Creation

- Have an option to edit the unlicenced Tournament names such as the 'ECC', 'EFA' and 'English Cup'

- A "Create a Team" and "Create a League" feature which would allow Fifa players to Create teams and League's then upload them to share them with the rest of the Fifa Community if they want to. details on this here

Other

- Saved Goal Replays to HDD

- Different variations of pitch sizes.

- Different types of netting. ie, drooping nets for lower League teams

- In game Goal updates from other games appearing on-screen in important matches such as relegation deciders. also Martin Tylor could even mention the Goal scorers name.

- For Stadiums such as 'Anfield' move the crowd closer to the pitch

The CPU team do it from free kicks also. Once i was winning 1-0 in an FA Cup match in the 80th minute and the CPU GK just stood there for about 20-25 seconds when they had a Goal Kick. definatly a bug.

-It would be great (or should I say realistic) if you had to sell your top player(s) because larger teams are interested and you have to keep your club afloat.

-It would be good if the club board told gave you instructions as to what would be the best type of player to buy

-It would also be more realistic if some players don't like you as a manager so choose to leave the club or lose a lot of morale (especially if your taking over a team thats just been relegated)

-If the club board fire you, then you should be able to find another club that is looking for a manager. This could be done by only being allowed to select a couple of teams from a few leagues. If your new team is already half way through a season then you should start from there

-More Serious Injuries that keep players out for months and possibly a season

-Be able to buy in every day of the Transfer Window

-Have a kit number changer

-(possibly) have a kit creator so you can re-design the kits after each season

-Be able to see stadium upgrades

-Have possible problems eg. Weather suspending games and frozen pitches

-Be able to re-set the dates of games, if they're close together or on the same date.

-Have more realistic transfers of bigger players

-Stadiums should be a more accurate size depending on the team, (currently the stadiums are far too small for some teams) and should have more away supporters eg. a full stand of them rather than a small section which is unlikely

-Depending on what sponsor you pick at the start of the season, real or not then there should be more signs of this on advertisment boards and banner

-Have a stadium creator to design different stands to create your favourite club ground from Tynecastle to Adam's Park and to get different types of stand you could buy them from the console stores. < I would pay for it!

-Still use Adidas Live Season but ,make the attributes to player changes subtle. Have a maximum upgrade of 4 Overall stats and if you play badly a maximum of 4 or 5 Overall stats taken off. (Currently some players lose 10 Overall Attributes each week. If they have bad games, it doen't mean they're bad players)

-See Reserves warming up behind the goals in either fluerescent green or orange bibs

-Change the whole transfer and loan process (y2xtreme's ideas are cool)

-Get money if you win a large tournament or depending where you finish in the league

*Thats all my ideas for FIFA 2010 after I thought about it and I definitly know some of theese are possible from previous editions. I'm sure there must be more though so keep them coming!*

Improve the Arena..have user controlled or cpu defenders and teammates so you can get better on the arena pitch. integrate arena avatars on xbox live to allow for co-op one on one or even multiple player action in a shared arena.

On be a pro, the 4 season mode, you need to change the way they take indirect free kicks in the users half of the field! (the attaking half) everytime they've had a free kick against me in this area, they seem to past it to the first avalible man thats closest to them! therefore i always expect to just have to walk in front of the player he's passing it too and intercept them!? needs changing! One other thing when making a player, you notice that when writing on the back of your shirt your name but it dosnt let you put a dot inbetween the intials? default?

And will be demanding if buying star players or player from Rival team. Then
trade players,or even add some funds + a player to trade for the particular player.

It isn't a big deal but, when scouting in Manager mode. Scouted players' names doesn't match their country of origin. For example: Lee wang from England? Patrowski from Mexico? and so on... And it will be nice to have their age displayed when scouts are recommending a prospect.

But all in all, Fifa 09 is probably the best football game I ever played. Great job EA!

I'm feeling lazy right now, so I'm not going to read this whole thing. If some of these have been mentioned by others, I'm sorry.

My biggest wish is the return and improvement of Create-a-Team. I spent a lot of time on my created team in FIFA 07, even if there weren't as many options as I would like. There should be more kit and crest options. I'd like to have different socks in addition to shirts. The colours should be on a chart rather than the dozen or so options that there were in 07 (I couldn't get the right shades of green and gold I wanted, though the blue and dark red for my Barca Legends team turned out nice). I also want the ability to Create-a-Stadium, but I doubt that would happen.

Manager Mode improvements: Weather, editing kit numbers, and the return of the youth academy.

Classic teams. This is an idea I picked up from a Madden game. I know it's easier for Madden, since there are so many fewer teams, but I would like to see some classic teams, like Dream Team Barcelona or Los Galacticos. And who wouldn't want to play with legends like Cruyff, Maradona, etc on their real teams, with the classic kits?

.)In manager mode u should have more than 1 sponsors, You should have the real sponsors like CHELSEA has: Samsung, Adidas, Etihad, EA, Thomas & Cook, Viagogo, Heinekin, Ladbrokers, GATORADE, Pepsi, Gorgio Amani and so on.
2.) Get championship league, UEFA, CONCACAF, ETC..LICENSE because PES 2009 has it.
3.) Real stadiums instead of something like Aloha Park…Hawaii doesn’t even have a soccer team.
4.) Make it like a real soccer game, imean chelsea can’t beat Man Utd. 7-1…what..that just crazy
5.) Create-a-team, Create-a-League, Create-a-Stadiem…Be able to upload a photo of yourself when you create-a-player, because u can do that in PES 2009, Make it very challenging to score…
6.) create a manager avatar or choose, choose more than one sponsor to support u..maybe like five sponsors. The owner of the team could give u money…or you can get a loan from a team and pay them back little buy little if you really want a special player.
7.) Make a player in be a pro with like 10-15 seasons…where u can buy cars, go to clubs, etc…make it like a real players life in football and out of football…
MORE LEAGUES AND TEAMS..
8.) Be able to use or create different kits each year…cause it would be like 2012 and your using kits form 2008-2009..edit AWAY and ALTERNATE Kits..but U CAn’t edit home kits.
9.)In Be-A-Pro, You should be able to buy estates, buy cars, change hair style, get hair cuts, Go party, Train with team. Better training for freekick, Be a pro from age 17 or 18 or maybe even 16 to 34-37.
10.) You can choose to be a goal keeper, get awards, see agent, talk to manager, Talk to scouts wo want to. Discuss your place in the team with Manager if you are a Reserve. Make scoring harder.
11.) One on One training with a coach, Instead of getting expierience to build up player, Training builds you up. You can be able to go on Loans for 1 month to 2years.
12.) Go on loans if You Play For Barca', Go play for MLS or Charlton Athletic for a little while.
13.)In BAP, you should be in an Academy. Start your player from 13 years old in academy, Get scouted at 16 year By Ajax, Or Hamburg, or Bayer Leverkusen. Play with them for 5 years. Get Bought by Sevilla, play for 2 years, Then het bought buy a Giant or a Team like Lyon, Tottenham, Celtic, Vilareal, Aston Villa.

14.) This should be a big one. You should be able to gain weight and this would affect your skills or lose weight and get muscles to handle defense like Tevez

First, a simple one. In be a pro, we should be able to play as a keeper.

Secondly manager mode is very boring i'm afraid. Luckily PES are using the same formula, year after year for master league so its very boring. If next year you make manager mode diffrent, Fifa will have already beat PES because I must say, the gameplay for fifa 09 is amazing.

Weather effects. I know there is rain, but you should add realism so that if you rush a move while on a wet pitch, the player should occasionly slip. Also, the rain shouldn't always be the same. Sometimes it should be a shower and sometimes it should just POUR down.

Make injuries more realistic like leg breaking.

Commentators. PLease make this better. The commentating is good when you first get the game, but your eventually hear the samething again and again, even with the new packs. It would be good if we never heard the same thing twice. I know it would be hard to do, but the results would be great.

Maybe manager mode press confrences, but better than the football manager ones.

Include more real stadiums and more fake staiums for variety.

New stadiums should include Ibrox and Celtic Park.

Scottish fans always get done with the stats of there players - the least they should get is a couple of stadiums.

Also - good players shouldn't be so fast - I don't mind if that Ronaldo is a better football player than most players - but there should be players who can outsprint him.

More detail in the "lower rated" leagues - too much emphasis is on Englsh, Spanish and Italian Leagues.

Manager mode gets to repetative after a while.

Scouted players all have daft names compared to nationality - John Smith from Spain.

Also for goodness sake I want to be able to save my replays when i am offline.

- Quick free kicks and quick throwins should be available as it is frustrating when you are on a break away and u get brought down and when you get the free kick the whole team is back defending.

- Defenders in the practice arena

- 2 players in different places should be able to play on the same team against someone else online. So maybe 2 online friends can play on the same team.

The ranking sytem from 08 should be back in 10, because it was a big mistake to change the 08 system to the new one in 09.
The biggest mistake the new system, is that a rank 50 in the world can beet a lvl 0 player with a 2 star team and still get some points out of it.
If you were a rank 50 in the world in 08, and you met a rank 200 u would gain 20-25 if you won and loose 40-45 if u lost the match. That was a good thing because u needed to beat the best to be in the top. In 09 u can play 600 games agains lvl 0 with a 2 star team and be in the top, but in 08 you needed to meet and beat the best to be in the top. 09's rankingsytem is based on played games agiant lvl 0, 08's was based on skills against the best.
Hopefully 10's will be as 08's was
