The scouting process should be a bit different as well.

1. Players should have names that reflect their nationalities.
i.e. Ronaldo- Brazil, Portugal, Spain etc.
2. If you decide not to sign that player why can't they sign for another club. i.e. make them free agents right away.

I agree on this one buddy!
Also, I remember having on FIFA 07 the possibility of incorporating players from your own football academy to the first team. It is ridiculous that none of the clubs have their own academy.
This function MUST return!!

The first one has been fixed for Fifa 10 i think. quote below from Marcel's post in the Manager Mode thread.

Team and player of the year is based on average rating, regardless of games played or goals scored. And as Marcel said, sometimes they're even from the wrong division.

Im relieved to hear that the Portuguese wingback Janusz Pognyak will no longer be an option to sign haha.

Did they ever decide on trials for free agents and youngsters or is that a no go?

No frieguen no pongan glitches no se vale una compra MP para que otros usen glitches, y tambien en los juegos es imposible que se juegue con equipos que esten los jugadores cansados y siguen corriendo arreglen eso no frieguen.

When a created player is transferred he no longer has a number, rather, he gets a 1234567 in place of his number and on the kit it looks like a checker board on the back. Please tell me this is fixed for FIFA 10

I got that checkerboard thing with Adriano when I signed him in one of my Private MM's. He was #112.

And in game it game up- 1"Checkerdboard"

The next big move for this game is to integrate national team duties into the manager mode process. Allow players to be called up, retire from national team duty. And also, to allow users to manage national teams through world cups and the whole sort. I know it isn't possible for FIFA 10, but in the future of this game it will be an essential and awesome feature.

1. When you get promoted with a Championship team into the Premiership, instead of that team playing with the Premier League ball, they still play with the football league ball.

2. At half time you could be leading or trailing say 5-0, and the commentary acts like you're still in the game.

Also- Why don't they give the kits premier league numbers on the back of kits. BE REALISTIC!!
