2 players offline xbox360

Hello,

I noticed that alot got the same problem that I have which is that FIFA 09 freezes in my profile in Xbox 360 when I play offline with a friend. like 2 joysticks. Whever he moves the stick it just freezes. I asked in the forum and they told me play in another profile and yes it did work. However, no updates and can't connect to xbox live if i want to play with my friend like 2 from the same console with someone online.

I read that deleting the squad files and all will solve it but no confirmiation and I wanna know from EA itself.

I tried EA support and seems like it's not working although i'm registred there and created new account but also it's not working. Something is wrong in their site.
