I was playin' with Juventus and when I got to the transfers window I made my best to buy Diego (Werder Bremen), Xabi Alonso (Liverpool) and Cannavaro (Real Madrid). Diego took #14, Xabi #23 and Cannavaro #2! When I tried to find where could I edit my squad numbers, I simply found out that it can't be done! And the worst is that this feature has been present in "another very good football game" since the early 2000's! It's simply basic... I don't know how other peoplo feel about that, but I really didn't feel like keep playing! If I sale my goalkeeper and buy Eto'o he might get #1 in his back! The missing of this feature sounds really ridiculous to me and to townsands of other costumers (just read some foruns on the web). Here comes some other suggestions so you can try to improve next version. Let people edit player's names! If you did not reach and agreement with Adrian Mutu (Fiorentina) to place him on the game, he won't sue me if I change his name in a game I bought to play in my own house. It's way easier than creating another player by copying all of his data and replacing him in a team in the game. Other one: create a single option in the creation zone called "Edit Player Number"! In the current version, I have to access every single player info simply to edit his number... Another one: always when I finish editing any team formation or player, the screen returns to the team I chose as my favorite one instead of coming back to the previous screen. Guys, it's also very simple! Make the user return to the screen he came from! It's much more easier than choosing everything again: league, team, player... I hope someone important can read this message... Thanks!

1. When players get injured, they Should be injured for up to six months or untill the rest of the season so you would have to buy players when the transfer window opens.
2. When players do get injured, the should hold the part of the body where injury is.

all the ideas are great i havent had time to look at them all i just thot off a couple maybe there already on

1. have u ever seen real madrids winning league celebrations 2yrs ago the fireworks at night they should look at how teams win the league and award players medals and captains lift trophy? and copy like man utd league win and barcas inter they all have different fireworks and spanish always seems to be at night time! with the champs lge season or not i think u should see the loosing team crying when the winning is lifting and how they always were funny hats like chester hats ?


2. champions league mode and europa would be great like see how man utd had the camp league badge but it was the winners one (well obv barca now lol) but that would be class and make it night time like champs lge final always is and make it classy looking like man utd at moscow and barca at rome etc etc (like Pro evo)

3. i think glasgow ranger and glasgow celtic should have there stadiums just to give it more stadiums to play in they are good stadiums.

4. i think managers should be in it aka alex ferg, jose morinho, ancelloti, rafa. pepe guadiola.walter smith, arsene wenger etc big managers

5. with the champs lge mode and europa and final league desiders u should be able to play it online like if i went online to play some one i went man utd and the other went barca i could pick if i want it to be friendly or chams lge semi or final or quarter and if its the final i should see man utd lift it or if its man utd chelsea same goes friendly or fa cup final or champs lge again

6. and also if u ever see the scottish leagie its always last day desiders so u should see a small video pop up to show u the goal they scored small video so if i was man utd and the 2nd team was liverpool and it was 99 points each title desider day would be good

7. i cant remember wat game this was but i liked the idea off classics teams like munich man utd team 1999 and lisbon lions celtic or the larsson areas and same with rangers i no fans aka arsenal or chelsea fans will no a memorable team to say and the old strips aswelli love this idea

9. maybe after matches (important ones) u can see them interviewing big names (ronaldo,messi etc etc) and see wat they say and if its positive u dont need to worry but if u took ronaldo off at like 20th minute he can say something negitive and u can take him into the office and have a word.

10. i dunno if its just my fifa 09 but when i won cups they didnt appear ?? i won every english cup with man utd but come to the celebrations the cup wasnt there lol.

Hi, Im a manual player and I find it really hard to find other manual players to play. Could you please add a manual players lobby for Fifa 10 so that there is a place to go to find manual players. Im fed up with making assissted players play me on manual and them moaning at me because they can't do it. Also I see another suggestion on here about making a seperate manual leaderboard. That would be great, at the minute manual players dont get any credit for being more skillful. Thank You.

what about when u play manager mode and buy a player u can see a picture of the player holding his top like they do but a virtual player and in manager mode u can make urself like so when a player comes off u can see urself as a manager like create a manager.... and about the reply putting womens footall is a bit silly but good at the same time wat if u went online and i wanted to go man utd mens and played womens man utd i am not sexest but ronaldo is to strong and rooney etc i think fifa sould make fifa 10 womens a single game like fifa world cup or fifa football manager and maybe in manager mode u can argue with other clubs like ronaldo alex vs real madrid and through out the game there can be a hatered so if i went man utd and real decleared there interest in rooney or ronaldo it can come up 3 quoutes and u can say i right i would never sell him to them and then a dispute could happen

I think that the ideas about having an anger meter, the medics, the managers subs and coaches at the dugout and so is the lifting of the cup are all great ideas. I have some of my own:

. Bring back Create a Team! But this time include badges, real brands kits and the sponsers from manager mode to add onto the shirt.

. Celebrations. Maybe a Create a Celebration would be fun.

. In manager mode and just a quick game should feature annomation of the dugout, with the coaches, subs and managers all celebrating if the team scores or hanging heads in shame if they l;ose a goal.

. Fights. On pitch fights would be good.

. At the end of the match, the players should embrace themselves and swap shirts. (Only big games).

. Tournaments. A bigger selction of comps to enter. For instance, Uefa Cup, Champs League and so on.

. Streakers and Pitch-Invasions are needed.

. Spectator Mode. A mode that lets you chose two teams, the importance of the match and alll the settings, but not play and just watch. Just like real footie. This mode would be good to include a variety of diffent camera angles from a spectators seat, provided that other people were around you and celebrated when you did.

One of the main things that gets annoying is when you play a ball through intended for somone else another player runs onto it and theres no way you can stop them doing it resulting in offside being called. They should make it so that you can stop that player in an offside position from touching it allowing the play to carry on.

* weather conditions are a must i dont see many games in real life where you travel away to a team in russia and its scorching hot.

* Handballs need to be introduced, EA are trying to make the game realistic yet still miss out basics.

also i missed off another idea. during a league season if your team is involved in relagation promotion title etc.. they should do something similar to sky sports whereby a mini league table pops up how the table stands at that time and give news as to whether your closest rivals have scored or conceded

More football stadiums should be put in the game like (Santiago Bernabeu) - Real Madrid and also more south american leagues then you could have the Copa Libertadores which is like the South American Champions League.

Another thing on what to improve on are cup games like Champions League by having all the sponsors from the cup and a Champions league entrance like they do on Pro Evolution Soccer just to make it look more like real life.

1) Ref/linesmen make wrong decisions on offsides, not always 100% correct like it is now.
2) Weather like other people have said.
3) Improve player collisions.
4) Improve cross's/freekick's and corners.
5) not sure if this should be here but... Fifa10 UT, make it so you cant get all players 99/99/99 etc(make it so players can only improve there stats by 10% maximum or something).
6) Make injuries more realistic.

I love the idea of choosing players to warm up and getitn to see them warm up on the sideline. I would also like player to playe rinteraction more often like little scrapples. If one player keeps fouling anothet that player freacts with another foul of his own. Also cpu giving away more freekicks would be good!

i think in fifa 10 there should be serious injuries which would upset your season and i would love to see hurendus tackles which get worse the more frustrated the player gets so this means a anger metre. i would like to see when i am playing a match i want to believe i am watching it on tv try and make it as realistic as possible that would be awsome.

Here are some of the complaints , other than that is an excellent game:
1. The notifications overlap the map (when someone sends you a message or some friend comes online), can you move the notifications to the top right corner? Like other games do? Halo, etc.
2. Can the pause be like in Madden. In Fifa, during pauses, if I press resume game but the other person doesn't, I need to wait until he finishes. On Madden you can go back to change your line up back and forward until both players are ready.
3. The goal repeat was better on Fifa 08 than 09. Is too short on 09. It would be better if both players could stop the replay. Sometimes I want to see the replays even if they score on my goal, specially if it was a good goal.
4. Make it easier to play 2 or 3 friends together in different homes kind of like when you do clubs but easier. To play clubs you need to send an invitation, the other guys need to accepted. Is too cumbersome. It would be easier if on the match window you can invite friends, kind of like on other co-op games.

i agree with most of the suggestions and if it hasnt been mentioned yet then i think not only varying weather conditions but the conditions affect the ball physics and even crowd size to some extent in manager mode
