The Official 'Stadium Creator' Petition for FIFA 10

Okay, so we all know how frustrating it is when EA don't add our Team's Stadium on the next FIFA release, so how about being able to create our own to save the disappointment?

Such an addition to the game wouldn't have to be exactly complex in the beginning, just with a range of Stand templates to use to make a Stadium that looks similar to our supported team's Stadium.

I know some people would be against this because of there being bigger things to add in the next FIFA title, but I just think that this would save a lot of disappointment and would take some of the pressure of EA to add our Club's Stadium.

Yes. I remember in LMA Manager 2004 they had all the stands to the stadiums and you had to raise money to build that specific stand. So you could end up with The Kop at one end and a Man Utd stand the other side for example

definitely, would solve the problem 08 had, when you upgrade the stadium manager you still have the same stadium in the premiership.....

i also vote for create-a-team. that way people who complain about certain teams not being in it can make the team on their own time.

This should also be added:

- We can choose between several different grass sizes and natural and artificialgrass
- We can make individual areas for seats with a specific colour
- We can make specific areas with standing places
- We can arrange where in the stadium the adbords should be
- We can make several tiers in the stadium
- We can choose if we want supporting pillars,and where they should be
- We can choose where the away section should be
- We can choose several different designs of the stadium's entrance and outdoor area

Yeah all of that would be amazing. I'm not saying we should have all those options at first, just so long as we'd get a deep mode like that in the future. Only needs to be basic to begin with in my opinion.

It would be a phenomenal idea, but also I'd love to be able to edit existing stadiums for example. Let's take Anfield for example.

I want to make Anfield (edited) the default stadium for Rangers. So once I've chosen Anfield I can then change;

Seat Colour (s) Primary and secondary. Default is red and white. I'll change that to blue and white.

Hoardings - choose what colour the face of the barriers are. Default is green (or light blue) I don't mean the adboards around the pitch, but the hoardings on the tiered seating. Like Arsenal has red and white halfway up the Emirates. I'd set this to white.

Crests and exit ways - The little boards above the entrances - default would be - Liverpool. (This would be adidas and the liverpool badge etc) You could set this to "Home team" which means that Rangers' badge would appear in here instead.

And voila. A passable Ibrox!

The hoardings should be in in the first place!

but on fifa manager editor you could pretty much recreate any stadium which would be cool for ppl who want ibrox and stuff

However, there should be two 'levels' of creation. Advanced and simple.
That way, if you just want your own home stadium but don't really have the time, you can quickly make one.
On the other hand, if you really want to be in-depth about it and have plenty of time, you could make an amazing stadium that is almost a replica of your desired stadium.

Yeah, I like your suggestion hugh!
That way, if one person makes an outstanding replica of the Ibrox (I'm using that as an example because the name's being thrown around a lot here as one that isn't in the game), then everyone else can just download it, and won't have to spend painstaking hours trying to create one!

To encourage this, they should then, like they had Best Replay of the Week, have best Stadium of the Week/Month!
