Fifa 09 Be A Pro: Career?

Hey

I heard that for the next installment of the ps3 and 306 that Fifa 09 will have Be A Pro Career Mode.

Apparently this is a mode that lasts 4 seasons and you can create your own player

do you think: -

1. teams will try buy you and you have to speak with the clubs etc
2. you will have agent

How do you want the be a pro career mode to work. full explanations appreciated

For four seasons? Sounds more likely that you will just try to work your way through one club.

theres 2 transfer windows each season tho. so thats 8 so im sure ppl will try buy you.

Only 4 seasons? Rather weak to me considering they've had all year to work on this. I was hoping on improving whichever player I choose from a scrub to a star. Now it seem it's going to be like playing Be A Pro over and over again by yourself with little to tack on to your player. I know this is a mostly European/Asian/Whatever forums, but if you ever played Madden 08, they've truely have hit it on the head with their Superstar mode, where you can take a player from a draft entry through 17, count them, 17 pro seasons. I don't see what's so hard about extending Be a Pro to at least 10 or 15 seasons.

unless you are really horrid. I hope it's like Euro's Captain Your Country where you can keep doing it after the mode is over and carry your created player to do another CYC and progress each time you do it

They must be able to be sold to another club????
I wanted to make a new player, join something like Leicester and then maybe get them back up to Div 1 and get scouted by Manchester United and become the worlds best player

Really looking forward to this mode, if it actually makes it. Know they are doing something similar to NHL 09, and it just seems like a lot of fun to start out as a lower league player and trying to make a name for yourself

Why on Earth would they take such a great addition as; Be-A-Pro " Career Mode " and **** it up by making it only 4 season in length?

I'm right there with you.. I think every single person ever to play this game wants Be a Pro Mode to be a whole career.. 4 seasons??? Are you kidding me?? 4 seasons is a flash.. I can finish 4 manager mode seasons in no time.

the one for the pc was garbage. you could only play for one season and you had to do all these pointless tasks that take away from trying to win.

Be A Pro career mode is what everybody has wanted but 4 seasons, why do EA like to limit game modes to a certain amount of seasons? 4 seasons is way to short to start as a unknown player to becoming a world class player.

yeh i want this aswell but 4 years? In real life you would be struggling to make it out of reserves in most clubs if the game starts when ur 18 or so. It should be a 13 year career at the very least for it to be really worth anything.

I don't know why but i get the feeling this mode will only be 1 player, i doubt it will be co-op like CYC in Euro 08.

Another addition within Be A Pro - Career Mode can be trying to achieve the right to play for your country within International friendlies and the major tournaments like: European Championship, Africa Cup Of Nations, Copa America, The World Cup and many more.

If NHL 09, who for the first time are featuring their own Be a Pro Career mode, have over 4 seasons for their game, then I'll probably skip FIFA 09. No point buying the same game with minor fixes and a half-baked mode.

once the games out and everybody gets to grips with the game hopefully if enough people request it maybe EA could release a patch that could extend the Be A Pro career mode.

EA don't patch their sports games for some reason.This mode will be pretty bland.
