i have two questions here, you can answer whichever or both

1. How and who decides the playlist of songs in the game, is it based on licences, the teams tastes or just recommendation?

2. Why did you decide to leave an intro movie out of Fifa 08. They have been very successful in previous versions?

while playing online, sometimes the computer goes biased and makes the otherside/you play like the best team in the world.
what is the reason for this or is it a minor glitch

A lot of the people in the forums have been having problems uploading and when people post they also say they are having the same problem and it isnt going right for anybody. is there a way this can be fixed

I was wondering how stats were assigned to players, and how long does it take to give each player the correct stats.

Do EA send representetives out to each club on the game and make them watch a few matches and then report back? or do EA gather together fans from each club and ask for their opinions on each player from their clubs and come to a suitable rating?

Be a pro is not working online and has been down for nearly 2 weeks. Please address the nation in a podcast as to why this is down and when it will be back up as im sure you are aware eas reputation is going downhill because of this and the simple fact that basic customer service and communication with us the fans regarding this matter has been no existant.

We love fifa 08 be a pro, we just ask you tell us straight, when will it be back up.

Please dont delete this post as this is probably the single most important podcast matter you could address and by doing so keep many thousands of fifa fans interested in fifa09.

be a pro is a sore subject for EA at the moment. but please, please, please, this is a question that needs answering. this game mode has been down in the uk for 9 days now and counting. the same happened last month aswell when it was down for 12 days. firstly, why is it so hard to explain why there is a problem and how long it will be down for, and secondly why is it EA customer support always try to out do themselves with regard to poor customer service. we are supposed to be valued customers but i have to say, and i think i speak for the rest of the uk here, i feel anything but a valued customer. why are we always ignored when problems arise. we are more understanding when we are told the truth.

Question: Could you please tell us why Be-a-Pro mode isnt working properly for almost the whole of europe for nearly 2 weeks now, we have all contacted EA customer support a rediculous amount of times, to be told originally we were isolated incidents, finally for them to admit there is a problem (on the 4th email) but give us no time frame for fixing it. Have they really just turned off our be a pro servers to clear more space for the new battlefield demo download, because our 1v1 still works, so why doesnt our Be-a-pro.

Why do FIFA keep changing the free kicks? Ever since they changed it from having the bars with the colours Orange & green in it, you'll be lucky if anyone can score a free kick.
