video replay never shows the right moments

How can I get my replays to upload what I select!!!
I do it all correct - use the R3 marker. check it a few times but still every single replay i upload is wrong - it never uploads what I want it to upload.
This sucks.
Anyone got any tips???????

it hasnt lately for me either i tried mutting markers at both ends and it didnt show any part of the video
i tried not putting markers and putting them at the part i want uploaded

i wish they bring back the game save where u can save it to ur hdd
