Default FIFA 08 ranks top of 2007 UK sales

The top 10 were:

1. FIFA 08 (EA)
2. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training (Nintendo)
3. Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Activision)
4. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (Konami)
5. More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima (Nintendo)
6. Halo 3 (Microsoft)
7. The Simpsons Game (EA)
8. Wii Play (Nintendo)
9. Assassin's Creed (Ubisoft)
10. WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2008 (THQ)

Link

So, FIFA 08 was not only the best selling football title in the UK, but the best selling of any game in 2007.

Not suprised up brits are sure passionate about football and its means more to us then any other country in the world when our teams dont perform

Just wish that the premier league players that you have created wasas fast as what they are in real life

Although, with all the hype I hear from Australia, I thought Halo would have been higher up the list....

The sad thing about this though is that it begs the question, 'Why would EA bother work to iron out any of the problems with this game, when it is selling so well?'

Good to see Fifa top of that list, am a huge PES fan but this year EA have nailed it while Konami seriously messed up on PES 2008.

Cant wait for Fifa 2009 & to see what Konami do with PES 2009

Wow. Nice to see Fifa top the list.

On a side note, Assassin's Creed was by far the best game I've played this year...
