Arsenal Announce Pre-Season Tour Of Italy
Arsenal Football Club has announced that the team will tour Italy in preparation for the 08-09 campaign. They will be playing Italy's arguably best 4 teams, AC Milan,AS Roma,Juventus, and Inter Milan. Arsene Wenger had this to say," When you are starting pre-season, you want to play the top teams, and especially if your a big club, so you can ealuate yourself and improve so you can beat the competition to whatever your aiming for. We hope to win and will play a decent team and of course I will find it interesting how England will match up with Italy." The Squad will leave for Milan at 3 O'Clock on July 1st,2008 from London Heathrow International and will arrive in Milan a few hours later. Then, after a week to adjust and train, they will kickoff against AC Milan. Then, the same routine will follow for the rest of the tour as Arsenal face Roma,Juventus, and Inter. ![]() |

Arsenal FC VS AC Milan
Preview Location: San Siro, Milan Weather: Clear Skies Arsenal Last 5 Games: N/A AC Milan Last 5 Games: N/A Well, today we will have a tale of two very different sides, a young Arsenal and a old AC Milan. Milan are very experience based with Cafu,Nesta,Seedorf, and Ronaldo all being 30+ players. Then on the other hand, you have Fabregas,Nasri, and Walcott all under 21. Today,we all believe that it could go either way. Will Milan be able to keep pace with Arsenal and will Arsenal have a leader when the going gets tough? Lineups- AC Milan ![]() Arsenal ![]() Player Watch: Arsenal Emanuel Adebayor: Adebayor will look to start where he left off by scoring heavily all year. He has skill and precision but will it be enough to overpower a strong AC Milan side? ![]() AC Milan Kaka: The Brazilian will look to lead his side to an easy win over an upbeat Arsenal side, and with the Ballon O'Dore, its safe to say he has the indivisual talent and Leadership skills to do just that! ![]() PREDICTIONS? |
