Default FIFA 09 "Manager Mode" Improvements... ?

I don't play online much anymore, as I'm sick to death of playing against Man Utd and Barcelona. I spend most of my Fifa playing time on Manager Mode, which in it self is very good, but needs much improvement. I'm really hoping EA don't overlook MM on Fifa 09, i hope they put in as much effort as they can, to make it as realistic as possible.

- European matches played at night
- Cup Finals at real venues (Wembley, Millennium Stadium, etc..)
- Cup scenes of trophy celebrations
- Summer negotiations should not to be done in-between games
- More realistic transfer fee's (ie. Benzema £25million, not £4 million)
- Climate changes

These 6 things i have listed can easily be done by EA.

What improvements in Manager Mode do you guys want to see in '09 ?

there are a few...

no more "not enough players on X club" bull****, unless there aren't enough players (a 25 man squad just can't say that) ...
- Realistic transfer fees is a really good idea
- so is the one with longer injuries
- and international management

Realistic transfer fees really would make the game more realistic.
Get rid of this 'Arsenal won't sell anymore players' thing when I only tried to sign 1 player (Hleb) and no other team had bought any other players off them.

European cup games played at night.

International team management.

Cup scenes of trophy celebrations

climate changes

Take away the stupid amount of bids available thing its totaly unrealistic.

Proper starting budgets.

Off season transfer window.

All of the above, and I want to add one: Realistic CPU transfers. CPU teams buy for the positions that needs strengthening, and not buy a new left midfielder when they already got 3 80+ LMs. Also that CPUs buy, and make offers for players that are not on transfer list. Like if Liverpool needs a new RB, they will make an offer for a decent one, even if there isn't one in the transfer list.

And also make it realistic when you're in a "bidding war." Like I was Fenerbache and Tuncay Sanli was on the transfer list. I offered him everything he could want, he would have been my highest paid player, and then he chooses to go to Cardiff City?!? Where is the realism there? He got 25,000 euros less for salary, and they play in the Championship, whilst I had Fenerbache in the CL.

Can I ask, what do you mean by summer transfers not to be done in between games ?
Because I don't think EA will ever do anything like backroom scenes etc, if that's what you mean

if you do "realistic transfer fee's" then you have to make the money teams start out with more realistic. Like Galatasaray starting with only $12 million, and Atletico with $4 million

Transfer kits from ownership (more than the 80,000 given in 0 and injection of large sum of money when you are promoted to higher division, specifically for top divisions.

You definetley need job offers from only some teams, ie; if say Man Utd win the league, they wouldn't be looking for a new manager, so you shouldn't be able to get that job

Sort of like the negotiation period on PES Master League. You didn't have to bid for a player, and then wait until you have played a match to find out if your bid has been accepted or declined.

You did all of your negations at once during June and July, each day on the "calendar" allowed you to bid for upto 3 players. Sort of like Football Manager/LMA Manager.

i'd like all of them apart from coaching national teams ,create your own team and youth academy and i completely agree with this comment ^^ its so unrealistic e.g. i am rangers and poorer teams in the spl have bought a few players from me who would walk into their team but are always on the bench when i play them
