Fifa 08 runs slow

I have just installed Fifa 08 on my laptop and the gamplay is running slow (like slowmotion) sometimes normal (just for 2 sec) and then back to slowmotion, its very annoying ive tried to change settings and reinstall.

Specs:
Vista 32bit
4 gb ram
Nvidia 8600m GT
2.2 ghz dual core prossesor

whats wrong? my friend do not have this problem, he has vista aswell.

same here, coincidence or not i'm running the 8600GT aswell. Did it start after you updated to the latest drivers released last month?

You have to set video definition to the lowest.
