I'm in January 2013 now, and I still can't find Rindler (born in 198 or any other player for that matter.

Yea try searching for Ian Blackwood in africa as a CAM Ive only found very few of these players

Scouting is all good. But is it restricted for teams of different prestige? For example. If you play with Man Utd and have a scouting level of 10 you find players rated 85+. But if you play with Blackpool and have a scout level of 10 you will never be able to get these players, because of low club prestige? Is this true?

Sort of, it's all down to, in essence, the price of your team. Anyone who goes up alot will be worth alot and increase your scouting, anyone who goes down alot will be worth nothing and decrease your scouting.

Create 2 99 strikers born 1960, then when they retire in season 1 you will definately get either Aliques or Horlock if not both.
