Actually I reckon it would depend what level of team you are playing with. Both Pardo and Rubio have the chance to grow to superstar levels (OVR of 85+) by ten seasons in, which might not mean much to someone playing as Arsenal or Real or Milan but if you are in charge of a mid or low rank team then I'm sure you'd settle for that.

Age may not be the relevant factor here, you might care to bear in mind that not everyone here has English as a first language, which can make picking up on humour much more difficult.

Those are players you can only get by scouting, and usually in the later seasons.

Check the date they were born, and try to do an estimate of the season you would get them, and you probably find them at the age of 15-18.

Czech Republic? Got him during 3rd or 4th season, he was 15 years old, peaks at 90, CDM.

can you find any of these guys searching by name during the transfer window or do you have to scout the specific regions, Im not finding any of them using the search option during transfers....perhaps Im not deep enough into manager mode (only ending the 3rd yr)

David - CB - Brazillian League

He starts at 67 and has so-so stats, but with four seasons he get to 87, and with training and experinece adding to his stats, he started the 5th season of my game for West Ham and was a cool 91 overall, with every attribute(including secondary attributes) at least 70 or over....very classy, and best of all, when i first signed him, i got him on a 5 year contract for like $8000 a week!!!!

I´ve scouted them in specific regions. Check their country and you´ll understand
where you should scout.

Just into my 4th season and i sent my level 10 scout on a deep search in Asia looking for CBs for that Bum-Ha.... guy...no luck yet....hes come back with three so far, but that the Bum...guy mentioned eariler.

Pops up around 2015 or so. He's 17 and 70, should grow pretty quickly.

edit: according to the scout report he'll be 89 in 5 years. if you play him a lot then it's more I guess.
