Buying players, or signing free agents, is generally a very expensive way to acquire new talent for a lower league club. I would recommend spending your money on an upgrade or two for your scouting staff and then doing deep searches of England for any player (ie. don't specify a position unless you desperately need to fill a gap) followed by a rotation around the other scouting areas (there is little point in repeating searches in an area with same level of scout as they will almost certainly return the same players each time, especially if you don't sign any of the players they find the first time)

Hey Mr. i know a cheap player:
Try Vrzogic he's a LB i don't remember the club but he's about 550,000 $ he'll become 87 or 90 till 9th or 8th season. i'll search for more will respond u sooner. Remember to search for CAM in Rest of Europe, CM in Spain, RWB and CB in Amaricas.
