I've seen the unrealistic fatigue discussed alot, but what are the in-game effects of fatigue on players? What difference does it make if I allow a player whos fatigue level is red to continue playing?

Biggest effect of fatigue seems to be on morale - a player that starts a game fatigued will take a big hit to their morale. This is why it is almost impossible to keep midfielders and outside defenders happy (unless you are the kind of player that is happy winning 98% of your games and scoring a ridiculous quantity of goals in the process)

Now, what about pressing 'B' (xbox) to tackle. Does pressing the tackle button also cause fatigue? |
