thats all well and good but if you get too many seasons it could get annoying finding the one your reading

i don't know if anyone can do anything about it but it would be easier if there was another area called 'your season' that way people could make there own and you could easily follow one

I doubt there will be more than 4 seasons in here mate. Only people with a lot of time on their hands. Plus, you can always post your team and table position on the top of all of your posts as a way of quick finding a season you are reading up on

Barnet hit Stockport For 6

A good start start to the season for Vieira meant an exellent start to the season for Barnet. Vieira - who scored four, opened the scoring on the 5 minute mark with a solid headed, while strike partner Grazioli added another 2 minutes later. Barnet had many chances to add to that before their third and finally did through a superp curling free-kick from Jason Puncheon just before half time. 6 minutes after the break Vieira got his second after a perfectly timed pass from Hessenthaler left him through on goal and he slotted it past the helpless keeper. Vieira got his hatrick after 72 minutes and completed his and Barnets scoring 6 minutes later with a long range effort.

After the match Paul Fairclough was asked after that preformance if he thought Barnet would be promotion contenders? To which Fairclough Said "We aren't going to get carried away, but if result continue like this anything is possible."

MOTM= Magno Vieira

Well I´m in the 10th season but anyways

CORINTHIANS WINS DERBY AGAINST PALMEIRAS

NILMAR MAN OF THE MATCH SCORING TWO GOALS.
Palmeiras had the chances and scored after 14 minutes played
after bad defending from Thomas Asamoah.
Nilmar scores on a header that gets Champions Corinthians back in the
game. After a rough first half it was 1-1.In the second half Ramon was hot
but never got the goal he deserved.
Instead Nilmar scores in the 63rd minute and gets Corinthians going.
The two mid backs Asamoah and Vlaar
was preforming top class and in the 85th minute Tevez determins the
match. After an entertaining game a happy Corinthians walk of the pitch.

FINAL RESULT 3-1 TO CORINTHIANS

Away day cheer

Lee Harrison continues to fill in for first choice keeper Ross Flitney but couldn't keep a clean sheet in the second match of the season. After the Barnets first match you would be forgiven for thinking this was going to be an easy win for Barnet, However an early Paul Tait goal stunned the visitors as Boston took an early lead, however that would turn out to be Bostons only shot of the match. Barnet hade many waves of attacks but the closest they came in the first half was a Cogan free-kick that crashed of the crossbar only for Sinclair to blast over the rebound.

HT Boston 1 - 0 Barnet

The second half was a different story for Barnet who took their chances, Vieira came on as a half time substitute and quickly made an impact when he scored in th 51st minute to claim his fifth of the season. 6 minutes later Vieira used his pace to sprint past his marker and calmly slot home. Their weren't many more chances in the game Bostons only other talking point was when Eilding was through on goal and went to ground but no penalty was given. much to the displeasure of Boston players.

After the match Fairclough said "He expects more of the matches to be like this rather than like the 6 - 0 thrashing of Stockport last week."

MOTM= Magno Vieira

FT Boston 1 - 2 Barnet

Ian Taylor to Barnet?

Barnet have reportedly agreed a fee with northampton for the signing of Ian Taylor on a 1 year contract. Whether the deal happens or not will depend on the personal terms being agreed.

West Ham V Bolton

First Half

A slow start for West Ham only continued to get worse as the game progressed. So many shots, but such poor accuracy. A lack of confidence was deffinetly visible. However, seconds before the break, Bellamy slotted a low rocket, that no keeper could have saved.

West Ham 1-0 Bolton

Second Half

Following the beautiful late goal from bellamy, West Ham's confidence skyrocketed. In the 69th minute Boa Morte unleashed a stunner from outside the box, and the crowd exploded as it curled into the top left corner. Only 4 minutes later, Bellamy curled in a beauty of his own. Bolton were finished, but Bellamy wasn't. In the 90th minute he headed in a cross to complete his hatrick.

Final score: West Ham 4-0 Bolton

Norville Strikes

Jason Norville opened his account and the scoring in this match as Barnet made 9 changes to the team that won on the weekend. Norville scored 18 minutes into the match. Chances in the first half were few and far between but when the ball dropped to Hereford's Fleetwood six yards out you would imagine it be harder to miss then score but Fleetwood must not like the easy choice as he some how put it over.

HT Barnet 1 - 0 Hereford

The second half began slowly but that soon changed when an inspired run by Tresor Kandol then pin point finish doubled Barnets advantage. Hereford nearly responded straight away but a fine double save from Lee Harrison kept the score 2 - 0.

Fairclough admitted that Lee Harrisons double save was simular to that of a Peter Schmeichel.

MOTM=Jason Norville

FT Barnet 2 - 0 Hereford

Taylor Staying Put

Taylor turned down a move to Barnet because of family issues. Mean while Jason Norville is on the move to Chester City, few would of thought he would be going after his fine preformance at the weekend. But the manager believes Norville Needs a new challenge after helping Barnet escape realagation last season.

Chester New Boy Makes No Impact Against Old Club

Norvilles first match for Chester came against his old team Barnet but unfortunatly for him he made no impact what so ever. The match its self was a fairly even affair and the first goal didn't come until first time injury time when Barry Cogan scored an exellent free-kick to make it 1 - 0 at half time.

HT CHESTER 0 - 1 BARNET

The second half began alot quicker then the first but no side managed to score until Vieira was brought down in the box and a penalty was given. Dean Sinclair took and converted the penalty to make it 2 - 0. Lee Harrison had a quiet game but was called into acton when a underhit back pass by Yakubu let in Norville but he failed to control and Harrison Gathered the ball.

FT CHESTER 0 - 2 BARNET

Fairclough want more from his team as they prepare for a tough tie against MK Dons mid-week and believes a simular preformance wo a better team could lead to a defeat.

Middlesbrough 2-4 West Ham

Not much to report about this game. Both teams played great. Ashton, Bellamy, and Dyer all scored, and Ashton stole a second as the game ended.

Transfer News:

Riise and Cahill both agree to sign 3 year contracts at West Ham

P.S I will be more detailed than this, but I'm going out in a bit and I wanted to get this down before I forgot
