Dons Bail Out

A dull first half was brought to life when MK Dons defender Lewington dived in two footed on Hessenthaler but went unpunished by the referee, this enraged the Barnet players who still couldn't break down the MK Dons defence. As the half time whistle went Barnet captain Warhurst was talking to the ref as they walked off.

HT BARNET 0 - 0 MK DONS

The second half started lively but soon died down until a long ball from Warhurst set Grazioli on his way to opening the scoring. late on Cogan went on a run down the right and was brought down, Puncheons resulting free-kick came crashing off the bar and Dean Sinclair reacted quickest and tapped home in the 89th minute. However early in injury time Ryan Taylor scored a goal to give MK Dons slight hope but Barnet Held on for the win, and for a place in the draw.

Barnet manager Paul Fairclough say his team will give their all and firmly believes his team stand every chance of conquering Premiership favourites Liverpool at Anfield.

Rafael Benitez on the other hand has said he will take Barnet very seriously and won't play a weak team against them.

West Ham V Aston Villa

Deano Hatrick!

5-0 The scorline in a domination performed by West Ham. Villa had plenty of the ball, but were unable to muster more than 8 shots against on-form West ham. Ashton came pounding almost immediately with a 16th minute thumper. At the 31st minute, Dyer sent in a spectacular second from 35 yards.

Half Time

Bellamy is just in incredible form at the moment as he slotted his fifth of the season at the 54th minute. Ashton sent in his 4th in the 65th minute to really put glum faces on the villa bench. Deano completed his hatrick on the 90th minute of play after a generous pass from Bellamy. 5-0

Winning Streak Halted

Richard Barker (Above)

An early Richie Barker strike silenced the loud home fans and set up an entertaining game. Vieira Leveled the score on 22 minutes much to the delight of the home fans. Barnet had many chances to take the lead in the first half but an inspired Tommy Lee wouldn't let anything past him.

HT BARNET 1 - 1 MACCLESFIELD

The second half was simular to the first half in the way that Barnet dominated possesion and chance but Tommy Lee still couldn't be beaten. Barnet got a penalty in the 73rd minute when Vieira was brought down but Barry Cogan's penalty was saved by the keeper to keep it 1-1 and thats how the game ended.

FT BARNET 1 - 1 MACCLESFIELD

Paul Fairclough applauded Tommy Lee on an out standing preformance

No stopping us?

Blackburn 0-2 West Ham

Blackburn started in truely dominant fashion, but were unable to find the net despite 14 shots. It was anyones game going into half time, as West Ham had a few shots of their own.

Half Time

West Ham came onto the field and began to play stronger more determined football. It wasn't long b efore Bellamy found the net from inside the box. 1-0 at the 55th minute. Blackburn quickly had 5 shots on target, but Green was brilliant. Just as it looked certain that blackburn would score, disaster occured. Dean Ashton headed towards goal, and Tugay tried to get his legs in the way, which he did, by blasting the ball into the side of his own net. Final score 2-0 to West ham

Exhausted but Victorious

West Ham V Newcastle

Pattison opened the scoring for Newcastle with a 7th minute beauty. It took a long time for West Ham to respond, but it came in the 38th minute, and who else would have scored it, but Craig Bellamy? Ashton used fine finishing in the 60th minute to take the lead, and then slotted the finisher in the 71st minute. West Ham looked exhausted the whole game, but emerged as the superior team. Final score West Ham 3-1 Newcastle

Torquay Holds strong

Torquay(me) Baruffaldi 66' 1-1 Liverpool Fabregas 4'

Torquay met the struggling Liverpool on a sunny afternoon at a generic stadium. The locals got off to a terrible start with new Liverpool transfer Cesc Fabregas heading in an early goal for the vistors. The rest of the half was a tight affair with shared possesion around the midfield. Torquay came into the sheds with more chances, but trailed 0-1. After the break the midfield battle seemed to continue, but new signing 21 year old Antonio Barrufaldi got passed a defender a slotted an nice shot passed Reina. The home side's steady season continued, as Liverpool's continued to slip away.

Portsmouth 0-2 West Ham

The West ham reserve strikers played well in this one sided match at portsmouth. A thrilling first half saw many wonderful efforts fly wide of the post. The match continued to go in West Ham's favour as the half progressed. Riise had an excellent game for the hammers, and Bowyer was very good at winning the ball. In the second half it was deputant striker Camara who slotted from close range at 61 minutes to score on his debut, and put the hammers 1-0 up against portsmouth. The game got intense towards the end, but only in west ham's favour. Just as the game came to a close, camara completed a double at the 87th. Portsmouth never posed much of a threat.

West Ham 2-0 Charlton

http://www.kumb.com/gallery/lib/bw_upson.jpg

Brilliant defending from Matthew Upson provided West Ham with another clean sheet, but truthfully, charlton should have had 6 goals, but Upson and Riise stopped EVERYTHING. It was youngster Marlalalalale who struck first in the 22nd minute, and camara in the 54th, that provided West Ham with yet another win

Harsh

Manchester Utd 1-1 West Ham

West Ham were hard done by in this match. They dominated this match, but were cheated and robbed in every fashion. Ronaldo brought down Bowyer just out side the penalty box with a from behind challenge, and only saw yellow. Heinze then brought down Riise and saw yellow, but again it should have been red. Tevez nearly scored against his former club, but his effort smashed off of green. Rooney then pounced on the rebound and struck hard and low as the helpless keeper tried to dive for it. 1-0 at the 9th minute. Effort after effort was denied of west ham. They played gorgeous football and deserved to get something, but Man U looked more likely to hold on. Then in the 78th minute, a West Ham miracle occured as Bellamy blasted in a bender from just inside the box. It was enough to steal a point, but the hammers deserved all three. The valiant players slumped off to the dressing room having lost their winning streak in a cruel fashion.
