I am in my first season with Newcastle United and I need to upgrade my stadium manager. I have 24million in the bank and stand to lose 4 million by the end of the year. It will cost me 17 mil to upgrade. Will I make up that money this season in ticket sales or how long will it take. Thanx.

At later levels, you lose close to 60-80million to upgrade and that is insane too. If this is a part of your expectation, you will lose I think 750 points for this, and if you satisfy all other expectations, you might still make it to the next manager level. So wait till the end of the season and see how you fare with the other expectations and then decide. I never ever upgraded my stadium manager till I was in my 10th season and I became a level 10 manager in the 6th season so was happy with that. |

My own experience suggests that the stadium manager upgrades up to level 7 or 8 can be justified by increased ticket revenue (as long as you don't make the jump too early, especially with a lower league team whose support simply won't be able to fill the larger capacity) but that levels 9 and 10 are unlikely to pay their way within the period of your manager's career.
