conection problems?

is anyone else having problems connecting. im trying to get into the lobby but it comes up with we are having technical dificalties please try again later. anyone else having same problems.

I gave up on online play because of these problems and all the other ones... It's just plane too sucky for me. Doesn't really give me that virtual footballing experience.
