my controller is simply called generic usb joystick, and i can´t get it to work, or i don´t know if it works cuz i haven´t got the game running the game crashes all teh time, i havew deleted my documents folder and all that but the game still crashes before the choose language screen anyone know what to do?

is there a button with mode under it ? If I play fifa I just need to push the button and everything works fine without this gay guide

well it´s button with "mode" on the pad but it doesen´t make thge right stick work

tell me what exactly you did right from the start....i too have a cheap USB gamepad..my dad bought it for $5 from china...maybe i can try and help you...

meeh i´ll just buy a new gamepad when i buy fifa 08, it´s not the gamepad i use it´s the second one that my brother use when we play against eachother

ack thts a hard one. its pretty hard configuring 2 controllers. unless they have to unque names and u have to make 2 unque configurations for them and hope they dont both use the same.

add both controller's settings to the devaux.txt file and make [default pad| default] have trhe same settiongs as one of the controllers.

tell me how this works out

Have problem with Logitech ChillStream™ GamePad... When i run FIFA07 i see 2 gamepads, 1 is XBOX360 and 1 is Default Controler! And in game it works like 2 every butttons press twice! PLZ Help!

dude i said controller compatibility and not controller support. go bak to the begining and change your dead zone settings. ps no on should pm me

I have tried these methods and most of my controllers buttons work fine. I have the MadCatz PC Con. My main issue now is that the Right and Left triggers do not respond in the game. Applying my controller to another gamepad's setting has not seemed to work either.

hello i seem to be a bit stupid..actually a good bit stupid lol..but i cant seem to understand how to get my pad tro work by the details at the top of this page...i havew tried to input the information into the devdata files and my game then wouldnt work..im thinking i put it in the wrong files..could u explain how to do it in a simplier form plz lol..thanks..and i just finished installing my game after 1 hour of figureing out why it wouldnt let me uninstall it..

well nice tutorial but my right stick does not work properly: when for example I am a keeper in penalties he goes all the way to the right and flaps his arms, I can only make him go left but when I stop he goes right again, whats the problem ? I guess its something with the devdata or whatever its called but what is it ?

I got this converter for ps2 so that i can use my ps2 controller for pc. I installed the software for it and its called PC TWIN SHOCK in control panel. It works prefectly fine except that the right analogue stick doesnt work. I tried some of the things mentioned in the first post, but the game just crashed. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

i am using a ps2 converter and a thrustmaster. this configuration also works with www.Game.co.uk pc controller. all controller were bought from GAME
