How do I fix my Right Analogue Stick !

xbox guy- get latest ms drivers and i cant help u more than what is on the page

Allzo7- read the tutorial or download one of the patches.

Guy with messed up right stick- go to controll panel and check if the analogue stick functions properly. un-install your controller then un-nstall fifa. restart your pc and do an error check(go find out how). restart again then install pad and try other games, if they work then reinstall fifa 07 and dont use my patch (unless if the patch was working for a while then it went crazy)

I performed a simplified version of the "fast way," and it has worked perfectly. This is what I did:

I chose [Logitech Dual Action|Logitech Dual Action (USB)|Logitech Dual Action USB] as the controller having similar functions to my own gamepad. Then I copied the information under the Logitech Dual Action and pasted it under the area where it says "[Default Pad|Default]"

Thus, the game reads the new settings as your default controller, and everything will work perfectly. Be careful of which controller you choose from the list because I chose the wrong one, and the right analog control was slightly inverted.

I tried the patch but it messed up my buttons

Just droping by to see if the vibration issue is fixed but i guess i have no luck.
You know... for such a big corporation Electronic Arts tends to screw things up in the best kind of way don`t you think ?
thats why i never buy the games i download them .

after all i said about this problem i finally got my dual psx convert and two ps2 pads to work with fifa using the easy option on this thread. cheers!!!!!!!!!

I used the download version to use my controller (logitech dual action) Now the right analog stick works better for dribbling but the first touch control sends the ball in the wrong way. If I hit right, it moves down, If I hit up, it creates right. Anyway to fix this?

I followed your instructions and now my fifa 07 is a mess. it`s not starting, when I try to run the game, enter the black screen and befor ea logo, crachs to descktop.before applying your "normal" patch I did backuped the files, but even after put them back, game not star. so I uninstalled it and install it again.nothing.I uninstal-instal 3 times. nothing.please help me. what should I do? geme is so cool, I want to play it, and with game pad also!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

the original devdata file needs to go in both fifa folders

the 1st is in my documents/fifa

the 2nd is in program files ea sports , find a folder called INput and put it there too.

this will work

I have 2 keyboards - but FIFA doesnt recognize it.... i only have 1 keyboard and i can play the same team with 2 keyboards, but not against each other... is this even possible? One keyboard is plugged into PS/2 and one into USB....

Can somebody help me please...

I use the express patch install and everything works just fine. Well, almost everything.

My right stick works, i can do the tricks, it's just that the directions are messed up. If you press up, it goes to the left, if you press left, it goes down, and so on.

Is there any way that i can edit just the right stick part??? How???

Have in the PC control (USB joystick) the button witch substitute the shift button in keyboard?? Or, have any configuration possibility that?
I think this button (shift) is very important to play, becuse it assist to dibble... so, I need that.
