We're exclusively announcing today that we are developing a feature that allows you to catch up on past Sim Moves' movies.

This feature will use the same system as the Video Player service, Brightcove, and will hopefully allow us to have higher quality streaming and better sound quality, enriching the experience even more!

We don't know when this new feature will be available, but please bear in mind that it takes some time to upload these videos to our account at Brightcove.

The estimated date for its release is 'June' 2008.

We can exclusively bring you today a brand new picture of the work-in-progress feature, collectively named 'Sim Moves. Catch Up. Player'.

We can also reveal that this feature will not be beta, and will be released in June.
We are also sorting out a few bugs with sound latency and frame-rate issues - all we hope will be fixed in June '08.

(Please remember that this is a 'work-in-progress' and the image you see here might not represent the final quality of the feature.)

We will be rolling out live, streaming video today, this time of the brand new Catch Up player.

If you miss this exclusive first live look, we will be recording it as well - no need to worry!

We expect the Webcam to roll out live video for about five minutes, or so, before we close it off to save bandwidth (and to prevent it from becoming boring!)

You can now view Sim Moves on your mobile!
Simply type in the site URL onto your phone (demonstrated by the lovely Sony Ericsson S500i below) and you'll be connected to the site in seconds.

Looking at all the stuff that will be making it in to Sunday massive update, I can safely say that this will revolutionize the Sim Moves website.

We will be providing assets for lots of the older Sims games, as well as changing the site features.

We expect the site to be down for most of the day whilst we upload all the new stuff and make sure there aren't any bugs.

An infusion has already been put up on the site, Member Pages.
Seems that it's bugged at the moment, though.

Yeah, the infusion is one part of the update!

Is it Members Pages RC4?

If so this is the latest version of member pages however there are still loads of bugs in this release. Friends does not work, images do not show, forums do not work and shoutbox does not work. The biggest issue with members pages is the callendar as it has multiple security vulnerabilities. I used to use thiss mod but it has to many security vulnerability and bug i gave up with it until the fixed version for V7 is released.
