PS3 Issue

When I try to login to download content, I get told my account has not been validated by an adult - ***, I am one!!!

I then go to submit and email and get...

THE EA SERVERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

...this has been going on since Day 1 of having the game when it was released.

Is there a problem, if so, what is it?

I too am having the same problem.

Is there an issue here or is it that nobody at EA cares once they have your money?
