Hello,

My friend doesn't have an account with the EA community, I am speaking on his behalf.
About an hour ago my friend discovered that his Fifa Ultimate team was hacked some time yesterday.
- High valued players sold ridiculously cheap.
- Whoever hacked the account brought their own items from my friends account consuming all his coins and then discarded all purchases.

As you may see this is the only thread I've ever created, sorry if I posted it in the wrong place, if so can someone redirect me where to take this problem.

How can my friend fix this problem? Where can we get the help! My friend has spent approximitely £90 on microsoft points for packs, he's very distressed. With slight investigation you will see my friend is a genuine player and is a victim and we believe his account wasn't hacked due to someone having his personal information like passwords/email address, we believe it was hacked because someone has found a way to defeat EA security.

I'd like to know how this is possible. I buy a brand new XBOX 360 with the Game NFS The Run. As soon as I install it the Game plays perfectly. I get to race Three races and then Game doesn't want to load keeps freezing????? It looks like the XBOX 360 has scrached the disk and know it's useless, I don't have the receipt as the house cleaner threw it away :x. Is there any way I can get it transferred to play on my PC instead of having to pay twice. I have the Online pass code but when I install it it says it's wrong? Can anyone help here? Thanks in advance.
