Default Has anyone got EADM pre-order codes

Hello, I wonder if anyone got pre-order codes for bonus items from EA digital shop. Right now I don't have any of those and I'm thinking about contacting EA support.

Still waiting for my EADM pre-order codes. I contacted support yesterday, here is their reply

Quote:
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I apologise for the delay in response. However, I would like to inform you that the game has not been released yet. Kindly wait for the game to be released then you will surely receive e-mail form EA Store containing your promotional codes.

PS: In order to receive email from our company you will need to disengage the Spam filter, or add “ea.com” to the list of senders that is allowed through the filter.

If you have any further concern feel free to get back to us.

Thank you for your continued patience

Best Regards,

Romy

I was able to decrypt and play on the 5th, but the game didn't 'officially' launch until today. I guess I'll give them another 48 hours

Hi guys.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems here. I'll try and find out the situation for you but if you haven't already, please check your spam/junk folders just to double check that your email has not gone astray in there.

I purchased the digital deluxe edition yesterday evening and the order confirmation email states that "Your exclusive items and serial numbers are located in the table above under "Order Summary". However the only code there is the game activation code, which does not work to activate the DLC.

Any updates on when the codes will presumably be sent out?

It seems EA are the only download company who do not seem to care less about people who give them money.Everybody else seems to have got the codes apart from EADM people like me.

Same problem here. Bought through EA Store - Only got unlock code for game, none of the extra items/quests.
Hour after releas, i contacted live chat, and that guy managed to entitle me the quests. I didn't bother to ask for the items at that time, but when i created a email support ticket, they said they had to escalate it.

Tried live chat again, and suddenly they can't just entitle stuff anymore. BAH.

EA sucks.

Had an email back from EA Support that said:

"I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. But due to a delay the pre-order codes should be emailed to the address you used to purchase the game. You should be receiving the codes within the next 48 hours. I appreciate your patience."

48 hours?! Surely they can't be serious.

Hi all.

It is my understanding that the codes for the DLC pre-order items should be emailed to you today.

Still no codes here. Have recieved all my items from playing "Journeys" & using the Character Creator, but no codes for Warden's Keep, Stone Prisoner or Blood Armour...

:-(

Come on EA, these should have been with people at launch so it could all have been isntalled / setup at the start. Those with physical copies have had access to this content since yesterday morning.

I'm also hearing that people who got it via other download services have also received a full set of codes!

I thought that aquiring it directly from EA would be the most reliable way of ensuring I got my bonus content as close to launch as possible. Now it looks like this is the reverse.

Please get these codes / emails out to all ASAP.

I doubt there's going to be anything done tonight now, which is incredibly frustrating. Can't see me pre-ordering from the EA store again.

You could try using EA Customer Support to talk to the support team. They said they'd elevated my ticket, but that was 4 hours ago and haven't heard anything since.

I tried the live chat - the operator manually activated all my DLCs.
Try it if you still haven't received the codes.

Delightfully I just got an email from EA...

A marketing email, full of graphics, telling me that Dragon Age is now available.

Great to see they can send these out but can't send an existing user an email a couple of characters in size with their codes in it.

Dissappointed, didn't think EA would put marketing before service. Perhaps I should have know better?
