same goes for me, sent a mail to ea customer support, got a mail after 3 (!) days asking which edition i have, then again a couple days later got a mail asking which dlc codes i was missing (!!! dont be lazy and check it out yourself ea support...) and now im still waiting for the codes. This is such lala from ea, they make much more profit of people when they buy directly (same price, but all the profit goes to ea) and then they treat people like this... This is the last game i purchase via EADM, let that be sure. When i would have bought this game in a retail store i would have got the voucher with the redeem codes direct out of the box, and now.... WAY TO GO EA

agree this is the last game i will ever buy from the ea store, it's the second time i've had trouble with ea store and only 2 games.. i think i will shop around and buy the retail version with the best in game offers, as i like the game so much. all they have to do is get off there lazy butts and email there paying customers the codes simple realy.

the customer service guys are playing fools. I'm asking when I can get my unlock codes, and instead they instruct me how to download the DLC. Thank you very much, I know how the download button works. Just give me the dumb codes!!!!

This is getting more and more ridicilous. Just got an email to take a survey about the customer service.... "to help us identify areas in our company and service you feel may need improvement". Well i will certanly do that, can you guy give me in exchange my codes BEFORE i finish the game?
