cancelling my order help

i have been trying to cancel my order of dragon age origins C.E. I tried the support site there is a question (How do I cancel my order.) but it doesn't give you an answer all it does is say yes if it was pre ordered, so is there a number to call or an email address or a page to go to.

Hi there

According to the EA Store CS pages, to cancel your order then you should contact EA Support with your order number. There is an 'Email Us' link about half way down on the page to the left.

thanks for address I found 2 others on the site earlier, but I kept getting a reply that those email addresses couldn't receive mail again thanks
