Will the UK-version be multilingual?

Hey there,

this is my first thread so I hope I don`t break any community rules right from the start. But let us come to my question now.
Due to the fact that I will spend some time in the UK the following months for my studies (originally I`m from Hamburg, Germany) I thaught about buying the UK-version of Dragon Age: Origins as it is much cheaper than the regular german one (poor student

)which definitally will be multilingual. I usually prefer the original speakers but as this game really got to be epic I would appreciate to have at least the chance to change language in order to get the whole story.
So anyone out there:Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh yeahhh, that's perfectly possible!
You can buy your games from another country, etc and play it in yours.

I don't know how this would work with Console games. But on PC its simple.

I have bought a couple of PC games from Bulgaria and they ran perfectly, when I tried to play them when I went back to the UK after a holiday.

All I had to do is install the European patches of the game!!! Do not download for example UK/US patches on European version or European patches to US/UK versions of the game, it won't work.

So, yes it will work absolutely well with no problems, you simply have to download the patches that are for that version. Then you'll be able to play the games online with no problem.

You will definitely be able to select languages. If its about the German language that you want, it will definitely be in the UK version.
Because normally all PC games in the UK have English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.

So even if you buy it here from the UK, you'll have the option to select one of these languages.

But like I said if your for example buying the UK version to play it in Germany, you'll have to ofcourse download the patches for the game that are UK version patches, not the European versions.
And no problem, hopefully this should now be clearer for you.

From the gigabytes of foreign language files installed on my UK PC that I have to clear out regularly (along with a lot more rubbish game companies install for no reason), I would say you'll be okay!
