Pre order issues

Hi,
Tried to pre-order this today, (after getting the email saying that it can be pre-ordered) paying with PayPal. Everytime I tried I got as far as entering my password in Paypal and confirming the purchase then the EA site gave me an error and asked me to check my details. The order is stuck at "submitted" and there is no record in my Paypal account of the order going through. I have tried to log a call in the support section but there is no option for "web orders" or "Dragon Age". There is an option for "web" but if I try this and then try to choose a category the pop up that appears always fails to connect.

Can anyone shed any light or give me a phone number to ring for EA UK?

Or am I being impatient? Should I wait until the game is available (although if that was true then it's not much of a pre-order really is it?)

Anyone?

Um.. I know it is not much help but I had no trouble pre ordering using Paypal.
Although I am a bit surprised, owing to the fact that it was available for download today and still no sign of it!
