Default Aston villa diary

RIGHT TO CLEAR THINGS UP!!!!!

im playing on a hugely improved due to cep and new gameplay patches fifa 06

i thought that well why not go back to my old diary edit it so in the story i leave messina due to a wealthy offer from aston villa and problems with the italian court over the apparet 'illegal' purchase of me on my contract

well its entertaining

SEASON 1 (much patched) FIFA 2005!!!

The Italian Job
an article to find out about deon Estefan young black english manager on foreign soil

BACK STORY!!!

Deon Estefan, young manager at only 36 years young is starting to raise eyebrows in more ways than one, especially in seri a, only in secound year of management after a promotion year with cadiz in spain he has taken a team bound for a relegation dogfight to the top half safely in seri a

Deon Estefan was a smart player in his day, journeyman by trade playing for 10 clubs thought his career, he decided in 2003 to retire, study arsene wenger at arsenal as his assistant in 04 then join cadiz in 04/05 season. in that season last year he pushed a celta vigo team that was head and shoulders above in class to the rest of the league till the last day, he also captured a few very crutial and handy players such as Jason Koumas and Marian Parhars.

Unforcently for cadiz they only offered Deon one year so he decided to listen to his sponsors adidas who had promised him big money if he signed and join messina on a one year contract

Deon is respected by some managers for how he has vastly improved messina but critisised for his aggresive tactis. Understandubly for example in a 4-0 drubbing inflicted by Juventus 4 players were injured, This lead to Juve dropping of form and now find themselves 7th in seri a
[URL=http://img192.imageshack.us/my.php?image=fifa200520050728231253618tm.jpg]

, same append horribly to lecce three weeks ago, five players injured, one was serious and ended up out of the italian cup, of course messina are punished for their brutal ways, theyhave by far the worst disapiniary record in seri a. i cant give you the facts but just by telling you three players were sent off in that game with lecce explains all

You ask Deon about his journey and he says; of course its eyecatcing that the way we play isant very svoury but the main thing here is i keep it simple, we dont have the quality of ac, inter, juve or roma but were certianly considered one of the hardest teams to beat in the league, teams worry now when they play messina, that what i like

Unforchently Deon like all others was shocked to learn that messina had not been legal in their method to sign deon. the italian fa deemed the contract illegal and Deon was forced to resign!

forchently for Deon managerless Aston Villa were succsesful in securing a tottaly legal contract and signed him up in December of 2005

Unlucky about the patch and your computer.

Have you moved to Shakter now? The screenshots look quite real, but Shakhter isn't on FIFA?

Deons first game!!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkILZQ1k4EE
Deon’s please to take a draw after tough encounter with Bolton

Deon Estefan expressed his relieved feelings of navigating though a tough game with his young villains after a tough game away at Bolton which ended 2-2. Villa showing character that critics were questioning of them due to their lofty heights in the premiership amongst the leaders by cancelling out a first half own goal and a second half goal from Stelios with loan signing Van Persie and Luke Moore respectively!

The boys did well today, for the majority we controlled the play and created chances throughout the game. Robin showed his class with that well taken goal and Luke showed his growing penalty box skills to latch onto the lose ball near the end. That i can take positives from but against strength like Bolton you need more than just to play well. This game was always going to be hard but we have to make sure we take points from these games if we are to progress

Next game: West Brom away
A quiet week followed Due to all the spotlight shinning on the underdogs from lower divisions looking for upsets

Gavin McCann evades a challenge in his team's 1-0 defeat to west brom

Deon unhappy with flattening cup defeat

West Brom 1-0 Aston Villa

An own goal by Gareth Barry midway through the second half was enough to dump Villa out of the F.A. Cup, much to the displeasure of Deon Estefan. Deon expressed his disappointment with his cup defeat due to his ambition to bring silverware back to villa park evaporate in a poor display against a relegation candidate!

Our midfield had no bite, we gave the ball away far too much and although the goal was against the run of play we should’ve delt with it.

Next game: Man City away
A quiet week followed the build up to Deons away trip to Manchester.

Match highlights
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jzp4Bvx1rM

Bartons acrobatics sink Villa
Man City 1-0 Aston Villa

Goal of the season looked to be done and dusted, wonderful movement and creativity by city rounded off with a exquisite scissors kick buy Joey Barton was enough to win the game for an inspired Man City to humble champions league aspirations for Villa.
Estefan remained more disappointed due to his defeat.

I should’ve given the boys in midfield a break a few weeks ago, ill look into the coming weeks to sort this out, they looked like they had no legs left for most of the match, City dictated much of the match, scored a class goal an deserved the win today.

We must Improve, there is a huge derby against Birmingham next week, the fans will want a win and we must produce a performance worth of what our fans want and that’s a win.

Next game: Birmingham away
As expected, big build up swirled as the meeting of the close city rivals ever closened

Deon remained adamant of his comments post the Man City game that he needed a win, more pressure was heaped on due to the fans sheer passion and expectation prior to the game
