yea i know why Fabio wasnt playing as much and yes Obertan was loaned out in the second half of last season to Lorient so i dont know what your talking about

he hasnt even played a full EPL match yet, if his dribbling is in the 90's then his ball control should be in the 60's, with him right now its 'he goes past one,past two ohhh and he tackles himself'

Maybe after hes played a few he deserves to get a ratings bump but I dont rate him over the likes of dani pacheco for us or kakuta.

when will the roster updates come out with actual rating changes? I never see them in Fifa.

I think Rooney needs a boost in pace, Berba should be 83 not 85. Fletcher an 83 one of the TOP Mids in the game especially in Prem. League, Evra 84, Evans 80, Rio drop to 84, Nani drop to 77 (he sucks if you ask me), Obertan boost in speed and dribbling.
