Right first of all i have to hold you all up here, in Fifa 09 ratings were far worse overall, Fifa 09 focused to much on one particular stat and built the player(s) around a few stronger attributes. Speed and accelaration were the main stats that effected gameplay and you could have a player rated 70 overall but with 90 speed and accelaration and would suddenly make the player become untouchable. From the Fifa 10 demo and reviews my opinion is that every particular stat and attribute will have a effect on every player, it wont be so single minded this year and if anything more creative footballers and all around players will have more of an effect than Fifa 09. Speed and accelaration will only play a small part in the outcome of the game in Fifa 10. So overall ratings this year wont matter at all, it will just give the team a better chemistry and overall ability.

That being said i am dissapointed with Glen Johnsons 80, for me thats pathetic because compared to the overalls of other RB's in the game he will be 1-5 overall behind them, wich to me he deserves a 81/82. If Ronaldo and Messi are 90+ then Gerrard and Torres should both be 89/90 aswell, Mascherano should be 85 instead of 86. But this is just nitpicking, im happy if Liverpool make 5 stars in Fifa 10 overall, individual player ratings wont matter as much. But that means less points for a win with a 5 star team in ranked online games, i could rack up points with 4 and a 1/2 stars Liverpool in Fifa 09!

i would have Benayoum in for Aquiliani
Johnson i thought should be about 82 - 83
Skrtel should be about 80 - 81 and Agger should be in his place
Mascherano deserves 86

Apart from his ilalalala despite his hard work. Mascherano isnt that good, he isnt near Essien or even Yaya Toure, just breaks up play.

Benayoun will probably be underrated although live season will probably put him on a par with messi.

Carra might be getting on abit age wise and granted has probably lost a bit of pace but he can still do a job at the back and put in a decent tackle. I think one of his key traits is his organization skills. Take that away from the defnece and you will see how much we struggling at the back.

i think todays performance justify s my opinion. needless shove in the box and stupid dithering on the ball. at the moment I never feel confident when carragher has the ball - the guys a liability now.

I agree. Seems like he cannot be bothered anymore.

aquilani must be 75... he made 48 matches in the last 3 years in Italy...

every 10 matches he do 1 great match, 2 normal and 7 bad... he isn't a champion he isn't a great player, he can do something good few times
