I am writing this email hopping i will get help from you very soon.

I have crysis,crysis warhead).

I was playing crysis games, and i love it so much.when i reach mission(defend the flight deck),it start crashing and freezing.

I stopped the game, and when i tried to restart the games all the saved missions (has been deleted). When i pressed on load game, nothing appeared.

I am so upset,i don't want to restart from the beginning.

My specification of my pc:

intel quad Q6600
4 mb memory
direct x 10.0
nvidia 640 mb 8800 gts(up to date driver)
windows vista ultimate sp2

When i try to play the game an error come up saying:

crysis stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

in control panel,i went to (problem support and solution),no error showing about crysis game.

please can you help me solving this problem,i really love this game, but i don't want to start from beginning.

please how to solve this problem?

Thank you so much for all your help

My kindest regards
habib

Download latest nvidia drivers from nvidia.com.
Install latest directX 9/10 drivers. Make sure that there are no stuff running in the background. Be sure that your virus free and don't have malwares, etc these will freeze up your game.

Also be extremely sure whether your PC is over heating. If your graphics card is overheating, you could experience all sorts of weird things happening. Check your computer whether its well ventilated clear off dust and that your fans as well as your GPUs fan is working properly!

Try lowering the details to Medium or Low. and reduce the resolution to prevent lagging and stuttering.
